STYLE, EASE, and COMFORT – Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Tucson. Tastefully decorated with Arizona accents, this one-level home provides an updated, well-equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, pull-out pantry), and a full washer and dryer so you can pack light. The King Master Bedroom (with en suite bathroom), Full Guest Room, and Twin/Bedroom with daybed and trundle, provide comfortable sleeping for 6 guests.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION – Situated directly across from Sabino Canyon Recreation Center, with an 8 minute walk you can be at the Visitor Center. From there, take the tram or hike through the wonders of the desert foothills and the rocky gorges of the Santa Catalina Mountains. Although Tucson is a huge city, from this northeast corner you are within a 10 minute circle of stores, restaurants, and entertainment – everything you would ever need.

NEED SOME REST – Relax by the pool just 3 houses away in this small quiet 16-house condo community. Or sit on your covered patio with the mountain vista before you while you prepare the grill for a hearty dinner. Enjoy your dinner al fresco, or eat in the dining room, with ample space for 6 diners.

FOR YOUR ENTERTAINMENT – After dinner, sit down before the 62” flat screen living room TV, one of 4 televisions, all flat-screen. Your will have free Wi-Fi access, and a wireless printer if you need to work. Or head out in your car (in connected garage) to the sights and sounds of Tucson.

Great location!

Walk to Sabino Canyon! Great location! House is nice and comfortable. Primary bedroom and bath is spacious. Second bedroom is a bit tight and the hall bath is a bit small. Kitchen is well stocked and nice!TV’s in all rooms was great for two couples! Nice to have the grill and patio. Outside furniture could be a bit more comfy. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

Near Sabino Canyon

This house is just down the street from Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. The views from the back windows and yard are of beautiful mountains.

Excellent return visit

This is our second time at this unit (which I think is the best possible recommendation). This house probably has the best-equipped kitchen of any VRBO we've ever stayed at. And the unit is very spacious. The unseasonably warm heat prevented us from enjoying the back yard and Sabino Canyon, but we nevertheless had a lovely visit with our grandchildren.

Your place and its location was great for us; and Sabino Canyon was fun and less than a 10 min walk from your place. The information you provided about restaurants, places to visit, etc were used extensively by us. Enjoyed!

Charming Tucson

Lovely, well maintained home with easy access to Sabino Canyon. Street noise from Sabino Canyon Road made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space but was not a problem inside the property.

Remarkably roomy

This property very roomy considering its modest size. Very well appointed. Quiet neighborhood. Road behind house is busy but backyard wall is high enough to block the actual vehicles and some noise. Honestly, the traffic never bothered us at all. The garage is not very deep so a full size vehicle will have trouble parking inside. But it was convenient to bring luggage, groceries etc through an interior door about 10 feet from MBR and 20 feet from kitchen. LR furniture is comfortable. Mattresses were also comfortable. Modern TVs are nice. This home definitely is worthy of its high rating.

wonderful home

This is a LOVELY property. We have stayed at many VRBOs in Tucson.....this home was top of the line, particularly in terms of the dining room and the well-stocked kitchen. We were able to easily have several meals with our daughter and grandkids....lots of glasses, plates, silverware, equipment, condiments, foil, baggies, everything! The bed was very comfortable, the master bathroom is large, the furnishings were lovely but practical, and Linda couldn't have been more accommodating (she made sure we had enough wine glasses to celebrate the holiday!). The weather was lovely for our visit, but I think in the heat of summer, the garage would be even more welcome. No complaints! Oh, and we went to Sabino Canyon 3 times in 4 days.......try to catch the twilight lighting!

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed the layout of this house and how convenient it is to the foothills and specifically Sabino Canyon that you can just walk to just 1/2 mile up the road. The drawback to the location is that the house is right on Sabino Canyon Road, which does have a lot of traffic, which brings noise along with that. There is a privacy wall so that is not an issue and it just becomes background noise if you're used to that. Communication with Linda was great! There is a neighborhood pool that looks very nice, although we never used it. The neighborhood itself is very quiet. The kitchen is VERY well equipped, bed is very comfy and the towels are plentiful and nice and fluffy. Depending on the renter, just know that both showers are tub showers and the master bath is a deep soaker tub shower so can be harder to get in and out, although there is a grab bar. Also for both toilets they are the standard height toilets so if you're used to comfort height if you have mobility/knee issues that can be more challenging. We loved having a washer and dryer since we were there for 4 weeks. Just for information sake for others, the washer and dryer are located in the garage. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot

This is a really comfortable home, stocked with everything you need. We were even able to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner without much trouble in the well equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed the proximity to Sabino Canyon. Other than a small hitch getting our entry code, which the owner more than made up for, we had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful home

We absolutely loved this home. It fit our needs, 3 rooms for 4 people. The space was plenty for movement and spending time together. We had meals at the home and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The convenience and location was perfect for what we needed for the week. We would definitely stay here again! Wonderful amenities and communication.

Great experience!

This was our first vacation rental experience and I must say, we were a bit nervous, but I can tell you now that this is definitely the way to go! Linda, our host, couldn’t have been more kind, generous and responsive! The location is very close to nature, shopping and restaurants. Our rental was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Linda!!

Wonderful family vacation

We looked for months for the perfect house to rent when we went to Az to visit our son in the airforce. Linda’s home was PERFECT! the location was only 20-25 from the base! We went walking at Sabino Canyon twice, drove up amount Lemmon, went to TopGolf, and even drove to the Grand Canyon and back Thru Sedona! (Had to stay in hotel that one night) loved having a home To come back to! Our son had to work a few days but he was able to drive over and have lunch or dinner and spend a few nights! Can’t wait to go back and hopefully stay here again!

Great stay!

Beautiful home well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Home was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Great communication by host and she also provided a binder and books with lots of information including recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio in the morning sunshine with a view of the mountains and smelling the orange blossoms. Walked over to Sabino Canyon for daily hikes. Close to great restaurants and Bashas grocery store. Thank you Linda for sharing your lovely home with us! Barb and Ivan

Lovely Home

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at at this lovely home. It is evident the owners put a lot of TLC into it. Looks to be newly remodeled. Very clean and well appointed. It was easy to feel right at home.

We are an "almost retired" couple who are lucky enough to be able to visit our 3 granddaughters in Connecticut and our 3 granddaughters in Arizona throughout the year. When we're not in AZ, we like being able to share this amazing house and location with other couples and families.

Although my son and family have been in AZ for almost 20 years, February of 2018 was the first time we were able to stay for a longer length of time (one month). We were blown away by all you can do and see, so much so that we spent much of our time finding our own place. When we saw this house, we fell in love with it, put in our bid the next day, and here we are!

This house fit all our requirements -- Just down the road from Sabino Canyon National Park, mountain views from the patio, one-level, beautifully appointed, close to great restaurants and shopping, and, best of all, only 20 minutes from our granddaughters.
