This furnished apartment offers an eat-in kitchen with all the amenities of home, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, granite counter tops and a view of our peaceful courtyard with fountain. Great place to stay, quiet even though only a couple blocks from the craziness on Frenchman. Well kept apartment, well stocked for cooking. Comfortable bed. Clean. Secure. Fantastic courtyard for hanging out, meditation and a meal outside. Vimarie is a superb and responsive host. I am so sad to leave and enjoyed my multi week stay so much that I want to move back to my hometown of New Orleans.

Unbeatable place in NOLA

I have spent a lot of times in furnished apartments and this is one of the very best (unit C). I was here a month. .... The location is unbeatable with easy access to the French Quarter, Frenchmen St., and many other places, but on a quiet street with a more local character. .... The apartment is very comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches throughout. .... I prepare most of most of my meals and thought the kitchen was excellent -- large and very well-stocked with good appliances. .... Vimarie is a good and gracious host. .... Parking: if you are okay moving your car every couple of hours during the day, there seems to be plenty of street parking on the same block and I believe your car would be secure. (I stayed a month and paid about 180 to use Premium Parking lot P409, a couple blocks away, and found it convenient and secure. .... One negative (to unit C): it is an older building which is part of its charm, but if the unit upstairs is occupied you will hear footsteps on creaky floors. It wasn't a problem for me but I mention it for what it's worth. Bottom line: this place is top notch!

It was great working with the management manager. Property was as described and in an excellent location. Would definitely re-rent this property.

Fantastic location! Wonderful apartment!

I had an incredible month staying in this apartment. Everything was in perfect condition, the furniture was super comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. Thereā€™s a courtyard in the back with comfortable chairs and a fountain, so you can hear the sound of falling water all day if you like. The neighborhood is interesting and lively, without being noisy. However, the greatest thing about this place is this location. Literally two blocks from Frenchman Street and two blocks from the French Quarter, and four blocks from Mississippi River. Itā€™s possible to go in and out several times a day to take a break from sightseeing, and once youā€™re ready to dive back in, youā€™re five minutes away from the action. You could not do better than to rent this apartmentā€¦

30th Anniversary trip

Excellent from beginning to end! It was just too short. We can't wait to come back to NOLA! Thank you very much Vimarie and VRBO, this property was amazing, great location, sparkly clean and the oasis back yard was absolutely beautiful, just like it was pictured!

Gorgeous 1 BR apartment. Awesome location. I did get a parking ticket with my Parking Pass in place, but that was the only downfall. Would definitely return.

I love this home! I rent in Nola and with HomeAway always and this home was a great pick. Vimarie the owner is great! Home is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Will definitely be returning to this home when visiting again.

Fantastic location!

This is the perfect location if you want to enjoy all the French Quarter has to offer in outstanding music and food! The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed and, even though it is so close to the French Quarter, it is residential and quiet. Our host was extremely helpful, even allowing for our early check in and late check out due to our flights. We found everyone to be friendly and helpful, from the airport to the people working in the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed many venues for music, ranging from Blues, to Jazz, to rock, all within a few blocks of the apartment. It was exactly what we were looking for and much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. We will definitely stay again on another visit to NOLA.

Great location, nicely furnished with lovely large courtyard.

Classic New Orleans double shotgun residence redesigned as 4 units. The 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very comfortable for 2 people. The immediate neighborhood is quiet, but just two blocks from the French Quarter. The back courtyard is equipped with grill and outdoor dining and lounging furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
