Thank you very much for your comment. The opinion of our visitors is very important to us and helps us to improve. We are delighted that you liked the flat. We want it to be as comfortable as possible for our guests to enjoy their stay. However, we take note of your remarks and are sorry that we were not able to fully satisfy you, despite our numerous email and whatsapp exchanges with your wife to organise your stay before and during this period. Indeed, we have unfortunately had a problem with the bathroom worktop, even though it had been recently installed. We apologise for this unexpected problem. However, I must make a small correction as to the time taken to repair it, since, according to our exchanges with your wife during your stay (written exchanges which we have at your disposal), we wished to come and repair it the same day. You did not wish to be disturbed and we understand that. The worktop was repaired the following day. Concerning the service charges paid at the time of your reservation, it is important to remember that we do not charge you any fees other than the rental and the cleaning at the end of your stay. The additional costs you have paid are those of the VRBO platform on which you made the reservation. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and VRBO does not offer any services other than putting owners (us) and tenants (you) in touch with each other. Also, regarding the use of the flat's facilities, we have discussed all this with your wife. For the little story, which made both your wife and me laugh, she had not opened the kitchen cupboards in which all the utensils and cooking equipment were stored. However, we take note of your comment and will endeavour to further improve the information on the use of the equipment. Finally, I would like to remind you that the flat is provided with consumables ready to be used by our guests. As we are not a hotel, we do not provide new consumables on demand during the stay. It is up to each guest to buy what they need during their stay. Linen is provided as it was when you arrived. In summary, we are very sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay as you expected. We are very disappointed because, as our other guests' reviews on VRBO and other platforms indicate, we strive to make each and every one of our guests feel welcome and to provide them with the best experience possible. En effet, les sanitaires et la cuisine ont été refaits en 2021 pour apporter encore plus de confort et de belles prestations à nos visiteurs. Etre en vacances c'est aussi trouver tout le confort nécessaire pour, avant tout, passer de merveilleux moments en famille :) Le quartier Palm Beach est très recherché, justement pour toutes les commodités, les commerces et ses plages, sans avoir à prendre la voiture de tout le séjour. Il est vrai que l'appartement est idéalement situé et que son immense terrasse aménagée avec vue mer, le rend encore plus agréable.
