Large cottage of charm and character in southern Ardèche

Winemakers in particular cellar, we will have pleasure to make you discover our trade and our region. As a welcome, a bottle of our production will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

The cottage Milou is quietly situated in a hamlet and close to the main tourist sites (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Pont d'Arc, Pont d'Arc Cave, Païolive woods, villages of character ...).

The intimacy of the inner courtyard leads you to the arches of a large covered terrace then to the house where the cement tiles, testimony of another era and the antique furniture give each of the 6 rooms of the cottage Snowy personality and identity .

Renovated in an eco construction spirit, the interior coatings are made of earth that regulates temperature and hygrometry. Rainwater is recovered and reused, while a Canadian / Provençal well refreshes the atmosphere without the need for air conditioning. So many technical choices that combine comfort and ecology.

It can accommodate 7 people and offers:

- an equipped kitchen open to a dining area
- a living room
- two shower rooms and toilets
- two bedrooms with a double bed
- a bedroom with two single beds
- a room with a single bed
- a large covered terrace and barbecue

Sheets can be rented for 12 € per double bed, 8 € per single bed, in this case, the beds are made on arrival. Towels are provided, not towels for the pool.

Cleaning is included in the rental price.
