Nice apartment close to ski lift, no bedding provided and not very clean
Positives: Very close to ski lift.
Lovely views from balcony.
Shower was hot and powerful.
Apartment was nice and warm after being out in the cold all day skiing.
Access to ski storage was good.
Close to shop and ski hire places.
Negatives: No bedding or towels provided, no tea towel or toilet roll provided.
Only itchy blankets provided no duvets.
Bottom bunk bed not long enough for a tall adult.
Space was ok for 4 people but would be cramped for more than that.
Not very clean, dust in drawers and blankets.
No door on the alcove where the bunk beds were so no privacy.
Had to pick the key up from the agency which was quite far away.
Had some issues with the agency about paying the deposit and multiple signings of contracts which got quite repetitive.
On the website on booking it explains that money will be taken from your account on certain dates, this didn't happen and the agency wanted me to pay by bank transfer which cost extra money. I had to ask them when they would take the money so not an easy process.
For the price we paid we expected better service, more things provided in the cost. Not a cheap accommodation for a weeks skiing.
