Spacious, bright & quiet apartment, balcony - near hypercentre and Ile de Ré

The apartment, extremely bright and quiet, is also spacious (73m2). It has a balcony facing south. It has just been completely renovated.

Scheduled for 4 or 5 people, the apartment can accommodate up to 7 people. It consists of a living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet.

Very nice and functional, located 1.7km from the old market of La Rochelle and 9km from the island of Ré, the apartment is ideal for visiting the region on foot, by bike or car!

All amenities (bakery, supermarket, tobacconist, etc.) and self-service bicycle terminals are about 5 minutes walk away. The self-service bike costs only 2 euros for 2 days, or 5 euros for 7 days.

It's easy (and free :-)) to park right in front of the building.

The neighborhood is very quiet, almost entirely composed of individual villas, the environment is very green.

Choosing this apartment is to ensure a good night's sleep and easy access to visit the main points of interest of the region!

Sheets, pillowcases and blankets are provided and included in the price.
Towels can be provided on request for an extra 5 euros per person per stay (for the entire duration of the stay).

It is not necessary to use your car in La Rochelle unless you have young children or have difficulty moving around. From the apartment you can for example:

- Take a self-service bike yélo: there are two terminals within a radius of 500m around the apartment). Download the application yélo, very convenient because you will have access to the map of all terminals and the real-time count of available bikes. It works very well. It costs 2 euros for two days and 5 euros for 7 days. To register just do it from the app, you will receive a code to give to remove your bikes.

- Take the bus: you can find all the information on the Rochelais buses on (drop Google Maps, it does not work in La Rochelle ☺).
- bus 13 (stop at 200m, approximately every 30 minutes during the week) to go to the heart of the hypercentre, instead of Verdun. From the Place de Verdun there are buses to go ANYWHERE (including the Ile de Ré, the airport and the train station)

             - bus 3 (stop "11 Novembre" at 600m) to go to the Minimes (where is the maritime museum and the aquarium)

- Walking: depending on where you go in the hypercentre, you will need between 20 and 40 minutes walk

- If you want to take the car: there is almost always free places in the underground car park (paying) of the Place de Verdun.
