It is a "4 seasons stay" which is proposed to you in one of the "most beautiful villages of France"!
Between the spring floral explosion, the summer activities - festivals of traditions, transhumance, concerts ... -, the beautiful fall colors and of course the winter with a snowpack very present at 2.000 m. altitude, Saint-Véran knows to be charmer throughout the year.
Hikers on foot and by bike, lovers of downhill and cross-country skiing or snowshoeing or simply in love with the sun and incredible natural scenery will find their happiness in this true haven of preserved mountain and family character.
At the entrance of the village, our apartment is located on the 1st floor of Chalet Beauregard which was formerly one of the luxury hotels of Saint-Véran.
From this time, Beauregard has kept south garden and large private parking and especially great views without vis-à-vis, like our old suite open on the classified village and the surrounding mountains from the balcony to the south. is or the windows to the south
Recently classified in 4 * for two people, this cozy space of 36 m2 can accommodate up to four, has a separate bedroom and is equipped with contemporary furnishings - open kitchen with bar, high dining table, large glazed surfaces, modern sanitary- and plenty of storage space and equipment.
Access to the chalet and the private car park is very easy by car but Saint-Véran can also be reached by bus or train from Paris thanks to the shuttle bus that connects the train station Guillestre Mont Dauphin to St-Véran and stops just next to the Residence.
For foreign visitors, an attractive alternative, especially in winter, is to fly to Marseille or Turin and then to rent a car (170 km and 3 hours from Turin airport via Montgenèvre and Briançon).
On site, a very well-stocked grocery store with bread store located next to the cottage can meet almost every need on a daily basis.
In winter, 5 minutes by shuttle bus are enough to reach the center of the ski area and the ski school. But there is also a ski lift with parking at 400 m. of the appartment.
The cross-country skiing area is right in front of the Residence.

- The apartment, where new facilities for a better comfort have just been realized, includes living room, open kitchen, separate bedroom, shower room and access corridor.
- Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate 4 thanks to a double bed in the room (140 X 190 cm) and to choose in the living room between a double sofa bed and a single bed.
- Kitchen with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, cabinets, large fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, juicer, toaster, wook, fondue and raclette etc.
- Shower room with washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
- Flat screen TV with DVD player, radio-CD-USB.
- DVD and CD available.

WELCOME TO SAINT-VERAN

Located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Queyras, in the Hautes-Alpes, Saint-Véran lies at 2042 meters above sea level and is the highest common in Europe. It well deserves the title of "the village where the roosters peck the sun". In fact Saint-Véran included two others hamlets: La Chalp and Les Raux and is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages in France.
It stretches peacefully on the hillside of the Beauregard range where you can discover an exceptionally rich fauna and ora according to the seasons.
The unique architecture of Saint-Véran as well as a rich cultural heritage (such as sundials, fountains, communal bakery ovens, chapels) participate to create a magical place.
