Facing the sea, just 20 meters to be on the beach of Rockroum (supervised beach in summer). The property has a large car park that can accommodate up to 4 cars. The Roscoff SNCF train station is only 12 minutes walk (900 meters). The shops, numerous restaurants and the old port are within 5 minutes walk. It is possible to park your car and do everything on foot or by bike.

The ground floor consists of a large living room bathed in light with a lounge and TV corner, a dining room with a large table 4 meters long, an American kitchen with all the utensils and crockery necessary to concoct meals and barbecues, a large room (bed 200 x 200 cm) with its bathroom and its private toilets, a laundry room, a guest toilet. Large French windows give access to the two terraces.

The first floor consists of 4 suites each with their own bathroom and private toilet. The beds are all 180 x 200 cm in size.
