The chalet is located on the heights of the village, between the town center (2.5 km) and the Col des Aravis (2 km). It is on a private road, in a hamlet of ten cottages, so quiet and safe from traffic.

By car, you are 5 minutes from the Col des Aravis, 10 minutes from La Clusaz, 20 minutes from Megève, 30 minutes from Les Saisies, 30 minutes from Albertville, 45 minutes from Chamonix, 45 minutes from Annecy, 1 hour from the airport. Needle of midday, 1h of Roselend dam
Studio of 32 m2 on the ground floor of a chalet, located in a hamlet on the heights of the village of La Giettaz (between La Clusaz and Megève, 2 km from the Col des Aravis).

- 1 double closet bed (comfortable as a real bed, folds and unfolds in seconds without having to make / break the bed)

The furnished is a studio, so there is no separate room.

WINTER:
Station belonging to the Les Portes du Mont Blanc ski area (100 km of slopes, connecting La Giettaz, Megève-Jaillet, Combloux). free ski bus connects the hamlet at the slopes (5km).

Note: no WI-FI in the cottage. You can still receive 4G with your phone if you have a package including Internet access (if you want to connect with a computer, simply use your phone as a WI-FI access point), Or go to the tourist office or a village bar that both have wi-fi.
