Located at 1000 m altitude in Sainte Agnès, Isère, on the Balcons de Belledonne, les 7 Laux, Prapoutel, the new gîte "Sous les trois pics" (gite-souslestroispics fr) offers you the studio "Jas Mouton". A real high quality queen bed to really rest.
The studio "Jas Mouton" for two people has the character of a modern mountain gîte. Stone walls and wood in a spacious room of 26m². A fully equipped kitchen where there is room to prepare meals and a large 160 * 200 high quality bed.
You arrive in a completely renovated accommodation for your pleasure and comfort and made with ecological materials.
Your studio "Jas Mouton" has independent access, with a garden facing south.
You can enjoy the large wooded lot.
In the barn, a games room is fitted out.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, ...)
Cleaning costs for the "Jas Mouton" gîte: cleaning is not included. Please leave clean and tidy when you leave.
If you do not wish to clean up at the end of your stay, a flat rate of € 35 will be required.

Several accommodations are available which you can find on Abritel or directly on our personal website (lodging under the three peaks - to obtain price reductions).
In a renovated farmhouse, the gîte - Sous les trois pics - welcomes you to discover a magnificent natural site. The place is very quiet and you surprise yourself at night, listening to the silence !!!
It is possible to book organic breakfast on site (7.5 € per person).

An exceptional and authentic massif allowing you to recharge your batteries, to indulge in many winter leisure activities: downhill skiing in Prapoutel, cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, walks ...
and summer: motorcycle ride, bike ride on the famous Balcons de Belledonne road (small repair workshop and parking in the barn if necessary), but also mountain biking (downhill trail at Prapoutel, Les 7 Laux), walking, paragliding , climbing, horse riding, fishing.

Activities to discover the country:
- the unusual works of a renowned sculptor in the midst of nature or in his workshop,
- the villages of the Belledonne balcony,
- the discovery of fauna and flora, the gathering of mushrooms ...
