Upgraded 2-bedroom plus loft, 3-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 7 guests and is approximately 1,300 sq. ft.

This second-story unit spans two levels. The primary bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and Smart TV. The loft offers three twin beds and a Smart TV. The living room includes a queen futon, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for guest convenience. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ areas, and tennis court.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

Really cozy

We stayed here in the winter and it was super cozy and close enough to everything to not feel like a long drive. It’s also within walking distance of a Vons. All in all I loved the place.

Great location

Close to everything 2 minute drive to eagle express. more than enough space for 3 teenagers and parents. 3 bathrooms is great!

rad summer vacay

we did it all!! hiking, boating and mountain biking. the property location is close proximity to restaurants, cafe's and brewery. another one scratched off our bucket list.

Great stay near old town mammoth

Condo was very clean and the kitchen/ living area was very spacious. The two bedrooms were clean and had their own bathrooms. The loft had 3 beds and a bathroom but the twins are a little short so if you have tall people staying with you they should probably be on the king or queen. The unit is in a great location close to a town trolly stop and is walking distance to a lot of food/restaurants options. Would stay here again.

Mammoth 2022

We were very happy with condo and location. The only thing that was not available was a Keurig coffee machine and we could not get fire to stay lit.

Perfect spot for what we needed

The place was fairly clean. Could definitely use a deep clean. Futon/couch needs a new mattress. Carpet felt a little dirty. Maybe a good shampoo could do the job. More pans or maybe bigger pans could make cooking easier. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Comfortable Stay

Overall it was a great stay with a couple friends and nephew. The place was clean, and had everything we needed for the stay. Towels, pots, pans. etc. We used the hot tub for two nights after snowboarding and honestly it made a huge difference in our recovery. The only issue I had with the place was the manager would come out near the hot tub and was very aggressive in how he spoke to the people staying in other vrbo's. My only suggestion to other people staying here would be to use the Spa only if you absolutely have to. It seems the best way to avoid any issues.

Just okay

We all know how ridiculously expensive Mammoth can be around the holidays and ski season. So for what I paid, this condo was just ok. Pros: 1. enough space for 5 huge teenage boys2. 3 showers (although the one in the master bath was teeny tiny)3. good size kitchen4. washer/dryer in-unitCons: 1. outdated decor, furniture, comforters, dirty carpet, etc just made the entire stay feel ick2. inadequate and disorganized kitchen supplies 3. wi-fi was ridiculously slow4. ran out of hot water so had to take showers in shiftsDue to the too many Cons, I would not stay here again.

Very nice condo for a group!

We had a group of 7 in this condo and we fit just fine. The 3 bathrooms and the loft were great for a group of singles. We used the futon in the living room and the mattress was very comfortable. In fact, everyone thought the mattresses were great. The management company was very responsive. We called because the condo was missing small complimentary soaps for hand washing. They responded and brought us soap, fresh fire starter and cleared a slow drain in a bathroom. The location was great. We cooked and the kitchen was stocked with the items we needed. We happened to leave an iPad behind and the management company helped us recover it and will mail it back at. our expense. Overall, we are very pleased with the condo, location and service we received. Would return again. Thanks!
