Cottage - Central Brittany

Ar-hraou saout (the barn in Breton) is a holiday house in an old village in Upper Cornwall, to the source of Trieux.

Capacity for 8 people: three bedrooms, loft, kitchen, microwave, fridge-freezer, living room, television, fireplace, two bathrooms, separate toilet, washing machine, cot and high chair (on demand).
Outside: lawn, garden furniture, barbecue, games room (table tennis), soccer field (250 m²), swing (swing-slide), basketball hoop, parking.

The village of Kerpert is 1.5 km (coffee shop, free tennis court, playground for children, bowling alley, starting 3 hiking trails), that of St-Gilles-Pligeaux 5 km (bar-grocery store -games-wireless). The other services are located in St-Nicolas-du-Pélem, 7 km (supermarket, medical center, outdoor swimming pool ...). The Koad-Malouen Abbey (Kerpert) and the School Museum (Bothoa) are 5 km, the Museum of the Resistance (St-Connan) 8 km, Lake Guerlédan 30 km.

Located in central Brittany, the cottage occupies the ideal geographical position to discover Brittany, the beauty of its coastline, the richness of its heritage and the diversity of its festivals.

Is also very suitable for a peaceful weekend in the countryside or celebrate a birthday (sleeping up to 14 people as possible with sofas). Electricity not included in rates below.
Weekend rental (with family, friends): 130 € (2 nights) or 170 € (3 nights).
Event Rental (birthday, cousinade ...): 200 €.
Christmas Eve Rental: 250 € (2 nights package) or 300 € (3 to 7 nights).
New Year's Eve Rental: 300 € (2 nights package) or 350 € (3 to 7 nights).
Firewood: 30 € the half-steril consumed.
