This place is a great find! River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Do it: Your family and friends will love you for it!

River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Master suite: log king bed, private bathroom with shower/tub. (sleeps 2)
- Living room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 underground space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- PLEASE NOTE: This is a second-floor condo with elevator access.

Convenient location

The location was amazing. The condo was nice and clean…a little dated. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace on a couple of cold evenings. Overall…we would recommend.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was lovely inside and had everything we needed. Great location, we could walk to everything on main street. Check in went smoothly. We arrived late in the evening and had been given clear instructions on where and how to pick up our keys. The only issue to be aware of is that there is no A/C. This wasn't a huge problem during our stay as it was very cool in Breckenridge the week we were there. The issue was that you had to keep the windows open to cool down the condo and the condo is located on a courtyard with a hot tub (sadly out of order) and a fire pit. We were rather uncomfortable leaving the windows open over night and while we were gone all day hiking, as anyone could have easily entered through the windows/screens. There really is no way to solve this, so just be aware. Also, the people above our unit were very loud. Woke us up at all hours. Overall, the place was very nice, clean and had a great location, just a few things took away from giving a 10/10.

The variety of apres ski hot tubs was excellent, the Tiki bar/restaurant was fun with fantastic humans, the unit itself was spacious, comfortable and to our liking

Great value- great location!

I did not explore the outside areas but was told the hot-tubs, sauna/steamroom were awesome by my daughter. Location was nice as you could hop on the shuttle right outside the door to get to the mountain (quickly) and then ski down 4 O'clock to get home (take off skis and walk across the road). The only thing I didn't like was that I had to pick up and drop off keys at a different location but it was VERY close so not a huge deal. The unit was nice with a comfy king bed. Sofa sleeper had lots of blankets and extra bedding. The unit stayed pretty warm even though we turned heat down. We could have opened windows but didn't need to go that far. They also have a fan and humidifier. Downstairs there is coffee, hot cocoa with some good mix ins (plus tea in the unit and downstairs).

Great location

The location was fantastic. Close to Main Street and multiple restaurants. Some of the amenities like the outdoor hot tub and steam room weren’t functional. But otherwise, would stay here again!

Great stay and great host

Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants. We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

Fall Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent our 17 year anniversary here escaping the Kansas heat for a few days. Over all the stay was good. The hot tub was out of order, the fire place on the patio wouldn't light, and there were only candles and no lighter for the fireplace inside. So we didn't have the romantic evening I was hoping for. I had really high hope for this place with such a great location. The only other thing I would complain about is the lack of TV in the bedroom. We like to relax and watch a movie while laying in bed and that wasn't an option. Otherwise perfect location in Breck and good place to stay.
