This place is a great find! River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo offers the convenience and comforts of a condominium (with hotel amenities) in the heart of historic downtown Breckenridge. Just ski down, walk across the street and you’re home! Plus, you’re just one block from Main Street Breckenridge and a short shuttle ride to the gondola or the Peak 9 base. Do it: Your family and friends will love you for it!

River Mountain Lodge Colorado Trail Condo is a comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo with room for up to four guests. All the comforts of home are here, including a full kitchen with updated appliances and granite counters, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter for a quick breakfast or après-ski snack.

You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, underground parking (one car) with elevator access, a fitness center, and an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Main Level:
- Master suite: log king bed, private bathroom with shower/tub. (sleeps 2)
- Living room: queen sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: tub/shower.

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1 underground space total.
- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- PLEASE NOTE: This is a second-floor condo with elevator access.

Perfect Location in Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. The variety of apres ski hot tubs was excellent, the Tiki bar/restaurant was fun with fantastic humans, the unit itself was spacious, comfortable and to our liking

Great stay and great host

Place is 5-10 min walk from the Gondola which is extremely conbineient - even closer to the town shops and restaurants. We didnt use the amenities but the unit was clean and comfortable.

Great Place to Stay!

Location couldn't be better, walkable to gondola and nice amenities. Parking was a little tight with a large SUV, but manageable. There was an issue with our hvac system during the stay, but the management worked with us to make it right! Would stay here again.

Convenient location

The location was amazing. The condo was nice and clean…a little dated. A little disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace on a couple of cold evenings. Overall…we would recommend.

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. Conveniently located just a block from Main Street, we could leave the vehicle parked and walk to town. Saves parking fees! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

This property is located one block off a the Main Street. It is well maintained and the parking garage is a bonus. It is within walking distance of a major grocery store and numerous bars and restaurants. I highly recommend!

Great location

The location was fantastic. Close to Main Street and multiple restaurants. Some of the amenities like the outdoor hot tub and steam room weren’t functional. But otherwise, would stay here again!

Great location

Location was perfect. Walking distance to gondola and downtown shops/restaurants. Shuttle stop in front of complex. Unit was clean and well equipped. Only issue we experienced was it was incredibly warm even with the heat turned down low. We ultimately just opened a window and notified them of the issue with the thermostat. Would definitely rent at this location again.

Location, Location, Location

This apartment is a 1 minute walk to Main Street, the heart of Breck and a 4 minute walk to the main (free) gondola. The place is great for three or four people, my son said the pullout couch was fine. The apartment was very clean but the hot tubs were kinda gross. It looks like they are under construction to add more outdoor hot tubs, so hopefully this will be better in the future. We will be staying again because the location is perfect.

Excellent stay in the center of town

Overall loved the apartment, exactly what I needed. Best thing was that you can ski down the mountain on the 4 o'clock run and you come out literally on the opposite side of the street of the River Mountain Lodge. Kitchen was well equipped. The only reason why I'm giving it one star less is that the temperature control was not working and it was constantly a few degrees too warm in the apartment. The only way to get the temperature down was to open a window which is not environmentally-friendly. This should be addressed and fixed.
