In the heart of Sion (St Hilaire de Riez), near the Vendée Corniche, 300 meters from the beaches, the forest and close to shops, nestled in a dead end, this single storey house, fully renovated, will be the place of your successful holidays.
You can walk or cycle the village of Sion to reach the center and its shops or the beaches and the forest nearby.

You have parking in the fully fenced property and bike storage.

Thanks to its sunny exposure, its comfort and its calm environment, you will appreciate, all year long the rest that this house gives you.

For your comfort, sheets and towels are provided and beds made.

After prior agreement, our animal friends can be welcomed (participation 3 € / day and per animal)

The rental rate includes:
a welcome gift (greediness)
a set of welcome: a tourist guide, a flat water, 2 tablets for dishwasher

the provision of sheets, duvets, bath towels and tea towels
free internet access

From November 1 to April 30, participation in electricity beyond the package of 25 € / week taken at my charge.

After prior request, acceptance of your pet for a fee of 3 € / day

For simplicity, the deposit is requested on your arrival and returned to your departure (except detention for degradation).
