Fishing Cottage With 250 ft dock and boat slip 2 miles to the Atlantic Ocean

Historic one bedroom Queen Cottage with pull out in the living room, full kitchen with granite counters and bath, high speed internet and cable TV, screened in porch and BBQ grill. This cottage has all the charm of Old a step back in time in St Lucie Village on the Indian River Lagoon. The property boasts almost six acres of tropical bliss. Bring your boat or use our Kayaks, picnic on one of the Island within a 15 min Kayak trip or on our dock with a large terminal end and covered area for shade. If you like to fish this is the place for you, with the inlet only one mile away you can take your boat to the open Ocean two miles away, or fish in the Lagoon. For those who like to fish from the dock we have a fish cleaning station and rod holders as well as fresh water wash down. The dock lights up at night for you night owls. We have lots of books and games as well as a horse shoe pit. the ice machine is 800 lbs so you can fill your cooler before heading to one of our many beaches starting at 1 mile away. All holiday bookings are a minimum of 3 nights.

All cottages are on the same property that has 300' of water front on the Indian River Lagoon, some cottages are further away as the are in a horseshoe shape from the water and back to the water.

Pet Friendly Cottages

We were looking for a pet friendly place to spend the month of February. We found the cottages online and gave it a try. Be aware that you will be staying in a very old cottage; you are not staying at a luxury resort. The housing is adequate, but the grounds and location are the true sellers of this place. The landscaping is lush. The parking is ample. The dumpster is convenient and emptied often. The laundry room houses two washers, two dryers, an ice machine, and plenty of books and games. The dock is a fisherman’s dream, and it’s a pretty good place to read a book. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and safe for walking, running, and biking. A short car ride will take you to restaurants, bars, beaches, marinas, grocery stores, urgent cares, driving ranges, golf courses, shopping, and all kinds of fun things.

Returning? Maybe.

Everything was good. Big miss was the utensils had a weird powdery film and Huge issue was the water. As soon as you turn it on the smell was unbearable.i didn't dare use it for anything. I stayed because i had a full schedule and didn't have time to book something else. It needed a final look of the condition before renting it. Good communication with owner before arriving at property. Good luck with future leassors.

Great location

The grounds are beautiful. We loved the dock and parking area. It was the perfect place to take our boat. The cottage has an old Florida feel which was a nice change. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Great location to go with a boat and enjoy the area.

The property is not new but is very well equipped with all you need to enjoy the place and have fun. Easy to park a boat. I had my 25f and I did it with no hard time. The dock also is great. I left my boat there during in and out trips to fish. Mrs. K is very nice and answer your messages right away. I did not use the grill or laundry, but I saw them. My trips are always toward fishing therefore the place was just righ.

The entire location and all of the buildings need to be leveled and rebuilt -the location is great but the Villas - the floors are rotting there’s musty moisture smell as soon as you walk in The roofs and ceilings show signs of old leaks. The comforter was stained and smelled foul, The bathroom was not clean and the kitchen floor is also we’re not clean
