Lime Tree Serviced Apartments London is ideal when you visit London and stay in this traditional, stylish, bright Edwardian house & garden in safe, friendly area. Our London vacation rentals Ealing is a serviced house offering greater space than an average serviced apartment. It is located in the popular residential area of Northfields in Ealing, west London W13. The accommodation is just 2 minutes’ walk from Northfield Avenue with complete selection of local independent shops, including popular butchers, fresh fish shop and cheese shop. There is also a Tesco supermarket and a wide choice of bars and restaurants. The area is serviced by several bus routes and Northfields tube station is a 5 minute walk. Accommodation in the area is also in high demand due to the good reputation of the local Fielding Primary School.
Lime Tree Ealing is a serviced house consisting of a traditional Edwardian red-brick semi-detached house, within which are two bedrooms, with ample storage space, and bathroom upstairs and lounge, dining-room and kitchen downstairs. Accommodation can be divided to allow use as a 1-bedroom apartment or a 2-bedroom apartment. Similarly, with one reception room or two. The property comes with front and back gardens. Parking is possible in Northcroft Road and surrounding streets.

The bathroom includes bath with shower attachment. The kitchen includes electric oven and gas hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dish-washer. The property enjoys gas central-heating.

What a wonderful place

As three sisters we had three wonderful days. Location, facilities and above all Richard's hospitality made for a very relaxed short break. Absolutely recommendable. Thanks for all the good care!

Lieber Richard, wir haben sehr angenehme Tage in Deinem schönen Haus verlebt - als siebenköpfige Familie mit drei Generationen! Wir haben uns mit Deiner Hilfe sehr gut arrangiert, vielleicht mit ein wenig Anstehen am Bad - aber das war eher Spaß. Wir konnten unsere Ziele in Surrey ebenso gut erreichen wie den Botanischen Garten und die City. Vielen Dank für Deine Bereitschaft, eine so große Gruppe bei Dir aufzunehmen. Northfields

Northfields property was as listed. Great location, easy to have a car to see the countryside, and handy access to get into town by underground. Richard was great to work with and met the needs of our family. Walking distance a a large grocery store was very handy for packing lunch or having dinner at the house when necessary.

Very nice

Richard was very good to work with. He was very willing to answer any questions and had very good response time. I appreciated his patience and willingness to work through and resolve very quickly something that came up through VRBO. He was there to greet us when we arrived. The place was perfect for our stay. He had everything we needed for the kitchen, the living room (TV), and the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were very spacious and a great place to come back to in the evenings. The location is a little further out, but is on the Piccadilly line and was not a far walk at all This made it extremely easy to get to Heathrow. .We also took a day trip out to Oxford and that was easy to do from this location as well. We had a very nice stay and would absolutely do this again.

Perfect Place for recreation during exploring London

We loved Richards tiny House in Ealing very much. Nice Neighborhood, plenty Stores and Restaurants, the Tube Onkel a few minutes walk away... The House itself is comforable, clean and quiet. The heater works Perfect 🙂 The bathroom is for four guests a challange, but we handled it 👍. We will come again for sure!

Nous avons vraiment adoré la ville ..Nous étions un peu éloignés du centre ,mais c était très bien car nous étions tranquilles pour recharger les batteries et repartir à la découverte d une super cité multiculturelle

A wonderful location for visiting England and Wales

Richard's Ealing home was perfect for our group of 4 (married couple plus 2 sisters). The house was sparkling clean, roomy, and in a perfect location for our visit, which included day trips by train into London and extended drives to Wales locations. We rented a car and parked it easily on the street near the house while we took the train into the city. The train station is an easy 7 minute walk and the surrounding neighborhood is very family oriented and friendly. Richard provided everything we needed, even a hair dryer and extra power adapters for those of us who forgot ours at home! The bathroom is tiny...no surprise to us since this is common in Europe, but others may want to know this ahead of time. Overall, our stay was spectacular - enough room for everyone to have their own space at the end of tiring days and a cozy living room within which we could discuss the day's adventures together. Thanks for everything, Richard. On our next trip to England, we will surely stay with you again!

Homely and cozy

Es war alles perfekt. Richard empfing uns persönlich, war hilfsbereit, freundlich und kooperativ. Die Wohnung war größer als erwartet, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Insgesamt ließ es die Wohnung an nichts vermissen. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum nächsten, gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt machen die Wohnung für einen Trip nach London ideal. Besonders schön war es, morgens seinen Kaffee in der Sonne (wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter) in dem kleinen Patio hinter dem Haus zu genießen. Wunderbar.

Wonderful place to stay

Richard was a very attentive host from our first email until the end of our stay. He met us at the station and showed us through the apartment even though it was quite late at night. The apartment is wonderful, very spacious and cosy. It was exactly as it was described and the photos on the website were very accurate. It has every facility that you could want and was very clean and well-maintained. The property is an easy 8 minute walk from the underground and a short 3 minute walk to the bus. There are several restaurants and two supermarkets in the main street. I will not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in London. We will definitely return should we visit London again. Thank you once again to Richard for going out of his way to help us when we arrived.

Perfect location for visiting London without stress

We really enjoyed being in the nice burrough of Ealing, in a quiet street with a park and shops within 5 minutes walk, and downtown London accessible in less than 30 minutes with the Tube. The house is very comfortable and nicely arranged, and the owners are really sweet people who ensured we had the best possible stay. Highly recommended.

A charmer in Northfields, West London

The house is a charming representative of a 2 bedroom West London house. It was spotlessly clean and very thoughtfully decorated. It is well equipped. Our host 'Richard' was extremely responsive and has the added bonus of having a great, humorous personality. We stayed for a month and this house became our home - very easily!

Enjoyable stay with a great host

Communication with Richard was always prompt and he was very professional and courteous. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight and were very tired when we arrived. Even though we were early and the apartment wasn't fully ready for us, Richard allowed us to stop by to drop our luggage off even though the apartment was still in process of being cleaned. We really appreciate the thoughtfulness that he showed in being flexible with us. Richard explained everything very thoroughly and provides everything you need for a short or long-term stay. We truly enjoyed our stay in London. The property is in a very safe neighborhood, was large enough for our entire family of 5 and had all we needed for our stay. We were a short tube ride away from the main points of London but were able to safely commute back and forth to the city each day. The location is in a very quiet part of town - we left the windows open each night and had no trouble with street noise. You are a short walk away from shops, a small grocery store and restaurants. We also enjoyed the time in the back garden at his property. Overall Richard provides a great place to stay for our family of 3 kids and 2 adults and he made us feel very comfortable and welcome. If we come back to London, we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great neighborhood, clean flat, even better host/manager

Renting this house was a great choice for our trip to London! A clean and comfortable home within walking distance of everything you need (including public transport). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Best of all, the manager, Richard, goes above and beyond to make sure you are settled and have everything you need. We will very much keep this place in mind for our next trip to the UK.

Home from Home

I just stayed here with my wife, daughter and niece for a long weekend while in London for a family celebration. The house itself is in a quiet suburban street, so very peaceful. It is very clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. There is a selection of good restaurants and shops nearby and you are also close to two tube stations for travelling into central London. Richard, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much bother to make our stay a good one. We would definitely look to stay here again on future trips.

Excellent séjour dans une maison tout confort

La maison de Richard est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux commentaires précédents. C'est très agréable de rentrer dans une maison cosy, calme après des journées à arpenter les rues de Londres ! La station de métro est à 5 minutes à pied et on arrive en 30 minutes à piccadilly, il y'a des métros toutes les 3 minutes. La piccadilly Line traverse Londres, ce qui est très pratique. Dans northfield, on trouve toutes les boutiques nécessaires pour acheter à manger. Richard est très accueillant et fait vraiment tout pour que l'on passe un bon séjour. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location

Wundervolles englisches Reihenhaus

Das Haus hat alles, was für einen Kurzaufenthalt in London benötigt wird. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Clean and homely place with a friendly and helpful owner

The house is in a quiet street just of the high street. Only a few minutes walk to the tube and lots of good restaurants ( I recommend Papaya) and independent shops nearby. Richard is a really friendly and helpful owner who keeps a tidy and homely place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Simply perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. Highly recommendable.

We spent five days in the house. Just as seen in previous comments, it is about an hour away from Gatwick (via southern train to Victoria and tube to the house) and half an hour away from the center of London on the tube. That gave us just the right time to prepare the last details of the daily plan... and to comment the results after the daily tourism had finished... On our way back to the house, there were two small supermarkets where we did supper/breakfast shopping. There are a number of restaurants too. The house itself is more like a true home, perfectly furnished and very cozy on the cold evenings we spent there (it snowed!). Plenty of room for a family of five (Dad+Mom+16+13+12) and very, very comfortable. Wifi, a big TV and ¡a record player! (with a good collection of records my kids didn't know what to do with...) provided evening activities after running around all over London. Richard proved to be more the friend we didn't have in London than the owner of the house. He was far more kind and helpful than we expected, and his house, a home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and surely recommend the experience.
