Great location in Westerville

Second time to stay here. Great location, very nice home, very clean and comfortable to stay in. Kitchen is equip with all that you need. Very comfortable beds and lots of towels.

Great stay

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable, short drive to everything, kitchen has all the little things that you might need. We had a very nice stay, the whole process was simple and easy and thats what you want when your on vacation. The host of the hose is just a text away if yoh have any concerns.

Excellent Holiday Stay

We had a great time in Columbus visiting family for the holiday. Kevin was awesome and we had great communication throughout the entire process. The house was very spacious and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. We will def be staying here next time we visit the area. Thank You!!

Great stay!

We needed a rental during our home remodel. Kevin’s rental was the perfect size for our family of five. Quiet street and felt safe our entire stay. Kevin was so helpful and quick to answer any questions. We stayed in several rentals during our remodel and this was our favorite! Thank you Kevin!

Beautiful Home in a Nice Neighborhood with an Attentive Owner

We stayed for twelve nights in this beautiful, well-appointed home. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Uptown Westerville and surrounding areas. The home has comfortable and inviting indoor as well as outdoor spaces and is extremely clean, well organized, and cared for. Kevin goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and provides excellent communication throughout your stay! Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Westerville north

We came for our grandson’s graduation from Westerville North. Our daughter and her two sons were with us. The house was excellent. great bedrooms, lots of room to visit and watch TV. Excellent kitchen with everything labeled. Close to our son’s home and surrounding areas. Washer and dryer. Excellent communication with the owner. Will stay again, definitely a very nice place to stay.

Amazing find close to everything

First, the owner/manager is super nice and communicates early. Very open and courteous. Second, the location is top notch for everything Columbus. Came in for Thanksgiving and the OSU game; 20 min I’m parking for the game. Third, the house had a great renovation and you can tell the owner cares about the property. Worth every penny..I will 100% stay here when we visit family in CBus.

Wonderful neighborhood

Kevin is a great host and made sure we were comfortable in the house. He is very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The pictures shown are what the furnishings are and is very clean and modern. The home has been fully refurbished and we love the details that was put in. The neighborhood is very safe with sidewalks and has friendly neighbors.

Close to everything, this home in Westerville is lovely inside and out. The Owner is very communicative and easy to work with. My family had an excellent time in this home and will rebook if we are back in the area.

Excellent Property

I stayed in this beautiful and clean home for one week. Property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Everything is just like the advertisement and photos depict. Would absolutely stay again! The host answered all of my questions and was extremely quick to respond to all communications. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent accommodation in Westerville OH

This property is kept to the highest standard, the host Kevin was great to deal with. Had a fab time visiting our new in-laws who took us around Westerville and Columbus…. North Star great for breakfast and had a great happy hour in Lincoln Social!!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I had been reluctant to travel since the start of the pandemic but we came across this property on VRBO and decided to give it a try. We are so glad that we did! We were very pleased. The home is in a nice, safe neighborhood and was exactly as pictured online. The home was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. We have stayed in many VRBO's over the years and this was definitely one of the nicest. It was so nice to be able to get away safely and socially distance in such beautiful surroundings. We didn't want to leave. The property owner Kevin was very nice, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good stay. This home is a perfect place to stay for anyone visiting the Columbus area-close to shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. We had a wonderful time, felt safe and comfortable, and can't wait to return!

Quiet and Convenient

In the middle of a quiet neighborhood and convenient to charming downtown Westerville. The street has sidewalk to nearby walking path and easy access to the freeway. We did have one issue that was quickly resolved by the friendly and helpful owner. Great stay!

Excellent Property Near Everything

This is a nicely renovated home located near everything Westerville and even Columbus has to offer. It is exceptionally clean and organized with very nice details everywhere. It's a great place if you want all the comforts of home. The owner Kevin is great and really makes a nice effort to make sure everything goes smooth and you have everything you need. Highly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again next time in OH.

Family Vacation in Columbus area

The property was found to be exactly as described. House was exceptionally clean and well organized. It had everything we needed for our stay. Spent a week in the house visiting area attractions. Beautiful and comfortable

We loved this house! We were in the area for a busy week of college visits and at the end of the day we just wanted to relax. This home was a perfect spot to come back to and watch movies, cook dinner, and go for walks. It had everything we needed without excess. This home had all of the essentials labeled and ready to use. Very easy and convenient! It was beautifully designed and decorated, and spotlessly clean. Communication with the owner was quick, easy and friendly. It was exactly what our family needed and we hope to return!

Perfect for Us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin's house in Westerville. The home is exactly as advertised and is located in a quiet, well established and safe neighborhood. Everything in the home is new and fresh - very clean with all the comforts of home. Kevin is a wonderful host and is very attentive to the guests needs and communicates very well. Westerville is charming!

The house is wonderful - just as the photos capture it! Westerville is also a start - old fashioned main street and close to many scenic areas - Hoover reservoir and country roads.

Fantastic home away from home

Stayed here to attend a family wedding. Not a lot of options in wintry Ohio so I was shocked at how lovely and perfect this home was for our stay. My family and I all felt welcome and at home here. I will definitely seek this one out in future travels back home. Many thanks to Kevin for his responsiveness and allowing us to borrow his home.

Couldn’t be happier!

Myself and 2 of my children stayed in this wonderful home for a total of 10 days. Lovely, safe neighborhood. Well groomed yards and homes. Conveniently located. The owner, Kevin, has a very accurate listing. Every detail stated was there, plus some. The home had everything we needed. We all felt very relaxed, very chill while there. We also felt very safe. The home locked securely, plenty of outdoor lighting, etc. Kevin was very prompt getting back with me prior to our stay, during (when I had a question), and after. He has set the bar exceptionally high and was a delight to work with. I will definitely pray for availability on our next visit to Ohio!

Best home away from home!

My sister-in-law and I took a trip to Ohio to drop our children off at summer camp. We needed a place to accommodate our children ranging in age from 2-15. We also needed a place that was clean, centrally located, and in a safe neighborhood. We hit the lottery when we stayed at this home! To begin with, Kevin the owner was extremely helpful and was great at communicating all important info, plus extra such as restaurants and things to do. He also provided a pack-and-play for the toddler which helped us out tremendously. Secondly, the house was immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were very comfortable with greats beds, extra sitting, and plenty of space to stretch out. When our kids were there, they LOVED the beautiful front and backyard. After our long flight from NM/Texas, our kids played outside for several hours, something you can't really do at a hotel. My sister-in-law and I were able to sit out on the front porch area, unwind, drink some fantastic bottles of wine, enjoy great company, and great views of the beautifully manicured yard. Lastly, the house is 20 minutes from the Columbus airport and was about 30 minutes away from the Damascus Summer Camp. There were grocery stores, wonderful dinning, and shopping literally 5 minutes away. Other attractions, such as the Columbus Zoo/Waterpark and COSI are about 20-30 minutes away. Which we did and loved! At the end of the day, we would absolutely rent this home again. In fact, we are making plans to come back out next summer and stay at Kevin's house. Thank you Kevin for all your help and providing all the luxuries of home!
