Cute cabin overlooking Spring Creek

This cabin is only a few feet from the edge of a 40ft cliff overlooking a beautiful spring fed creek.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed. Living area has a 42in flat screen tv, cable, DVD player, and a very comfy leather couch. Kitchenette has a sink, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and two burner stove top. An outdoor grill is also available.

This property is on 8 fenced and gated acres offering great privacy. Walk along the edge of the cliff and enjoy the views. Follow the road down to the water and enjoy swimming, fishing, and boating. Guests are allowed to use the pier, diving board, rope swing, canoe and flat bottom boat.

Boerne is only 15 minutes away offering great restaurants and shopping. Several pubs and breweries to choose from as well.

San Antonio is 45 minutes away.

Only one mile away is the renowned Cave Without a Name. Tours are available daily and they hold a concert in the cave once or twice a month. The cave property is around 100 acres and has miles of walking trails.

Two miles away is Kreutzberg Canyon Natural Area where more walking trails are available and Guadalupe River access.

The cabin was just as the listed. The creek is a bit of a walk down but not to bad. No wifi so your not about to stream any TV shows. There were some classic DVDS to select from. Overall I would recommend and stay here in the future.

Pictures on the site made it seem as if the dock was connected to the cabin. It is not. The Hendersons were fabulous. There was access to a boat or canoe that was not listed. The place is super quiet and a treat after being in the city all day. No internet though, so if that is a deal breaker for youā€¦

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary there. The property was beautiful the cabin was nice and cozy. Having the availability to use their boat was really nice to go explore the beautiful creek. We both caught fish while on the boat on and the south west side of the creek had some absolutely beautiful scenery. We check out cave without a name before we left it was a awesome experience all around.

Beautiful country property

The property is exactly as described, a small, very clean cabin with a wonderful wrap around porch, sitting right above Spring Creek. Set on a quiet, peaceful property, with a 15-20 minute scenic hill country drive into Boerne.We loved drinking morning coffee, and having evening snacks sitting out on the porch. The only house you can see is the ownersā€™, and we only saw them outside once. The sofa and bed are both so comfy. We really enjoyed our relaxing stay. The owners are very responsive and welcoming.

20th Anniversary Trip

We had such a great time, Seth and his family were so nice and friendly. The cabin was perfect for a couples get away. The property was so nice and clean. We fished off the dock down at the creek, enjoyed seeing all the deer running around, and just embracing the sights and sounds of nature. At night it was so dark and quiet, which is a huge difference from living in the city.

Relaxing and beautiful stay!

We enjoyed relaxing by the creek, swimming, canoeing, shopping and eating in town, and exploring Cave Without A Name. This is a beautiful location in the hill country, and our hosts were very friendly and helpful! We are already thinking about a return trip sometime!
