For your holiday in Périgord, a rare independent house in the medieval town of Sarlat. This house is an old shop fourteenth century when the ground floor was used as trade and the upper parts were fitted into housing. The charm of these houses emanates stones and exposed beams. Located in a pedestrian street, quiet and close to the historical monuments of the city, this house has been renovated on 3 levels:

In the shop part, on the ground floor you will find a 15m² bedroom with separate bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, washing machine). The bed is 140 * 190

On the 1st floor is the living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen. direct access to a paved impasse since this piece.
This area includes: - A sofa bed 140 * 190 with a comfortable mattress 13 cm thick
- A living Table 4-6 chairs
- TV with Freeview
- WIRELESS
- Fitted kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle ....

On the 2nd floor, a second bedroom 11m² with en suite shower bathroom. A bed of 140 * 190.

Linen provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and tea towel).

For parking, the street is pedestrianized but you have a small car park at the entrance of the street, this one is free throughout the year except the summer months when it becomes chargeable. But you have two other parking lots, just below (less than 2 minutes walk) that are free all year.

The rental sleeps 4 people comfort up to 6 people thanks to the convertible sofa.
