Remarkable ranch home with wide open rooms, views of the mountains, and setting on a greenbelt! HUGE windows thruout the property allowing all that Arizona sunlight in! View the great sunsets from this spacious rear patio with Jacuzzi spa, Shasta pool, and large Weber BBQ grille. Kitchen very open with nearly new appliances, ice maker/filtered water, five burner gas stove, and dishwasher. Laundry room with washer/dryer. Beautiful master suite with king bed, 50" TV, double sinks, walk-in shower, two large closets, and slider door to patio/spa area. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, reading chair, printer, TV and wi-fi. 2nd bath has a tub/shower, sink and toilet. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac that backs to greenbelt with distant mountain views. Pool/spa maintained by outside company, so you do not need to worry about maintaining them. This retirement community has it all with three golf courses, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, tennis courts, fitness centers, restaurants, ballrooms, meeting rooms, and lounge areas. All kinds of other activities, shows, and bingo to participate in if you desire! IMPORTANT NOTICE: Lessee(Only one person needs to be 55+) must be at least 55 years old to occupy property and a MINIMUM of ONE CALENDAR MONTH period. Rental MUST begin rental on the FIRST day of the month and end on LAST day of a month. Small dogs allowed at additional fee of $250 per month.

The host is wonderful and made our stay superb. The home is the perfect size, nicely decorated and the kitchen well equipped. There are even fruit trees in the backyard to enjoy. The hot tub was icing on the cake and the Pebblecreek Community does not disappoint. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

Excellent accommodations and well stocked - golf cart, bikes, kitchen utensils, towels, TV, WiFi. Dennis was quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

We loved PebbleCreek and all of the activities it had to offer. The house worked out great for us and we enjoyed the use of the golf cart, as well as the hot tub on cool winter evenings. Dennis was very responsive to any needs we had. We would stay here again!

Dennis and Okies property was perfect! The home was spotless upon check-in. The home had everything we could possibly need. .Very well stocked. Nice comfortable home. We enjoyed having the grandkids over to swim. Dennis was available for any questions we had.There were a couple of little things that needed attention and he sent out service people immediately. Lovely home

A wonderful experience from driving up to the home. Easy to check in and felt welcomed right away. Every amenity needed was there. Pool was clean and inviting beds were comfortable and kitchen was very user friendly we love our stay. Host was easy to talk to and easy to reach. Thank you Dennis and family

My wife & I had an excellent time on our vacation. This is a super nice home with more amenities than I expected, which was appreciated, too many to list. Very peaceful & quiet. I do not see how you could be anything but extremely satisfied if you chose to rent this home. Dennis, the owner was extremely easy to deal with & very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful House & Owner!

This house was absolutely perfect for two people. There was a lovely gift basket of treats when we arrived and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. We used the pool almost every day. The community is super quiet and the house was a perfect home base to go explore Arizona. Highly recommend!

Couldn't Be Better!

Exceeded our expectations! The owner Dennis was incredibly responsive and a terrific guy. The property was spotless and well situated. Every kitchen gadget one could imagine. Private yard with a hot tub, needed for sure with the low evening temperatures in November. Obviously would recommend without any reservations.

Wonderful experience

My husband and I really enjoyed our month stay at this home and in the PebbleCreek community. The home is very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. Dennis was very responsive when we needed to reach out a few times. The sound of military planes on weekdays was the only negative, and that was just a minor nuisance.

Everything you need and more - highly recommended!

Property was beautifully presented - with a very generous welcome pack to greet us when we arrived late after travelling all day. Everything worked well - Dennis resolved a few queries for us very quickly, efficiently and courteously. Based in a friendly community with all the amenities you could wish for - and great access to shops, attractions and main routes for travelling anywhere. The best comment I can come up with is that it was a real 'home from home' and we relaxed into it very easily. There were only 2 of us - but the house will take 4 comfortably - providing a very relaxing environment with a very nice pool to cool off in the intense Arizona heat! We would highly recommend giving this property a try - you won't be disappointed!! Pete & Jacqui (UK)

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a very nice location and Pebblecreek is a fantastic place to spend a month. Lots to do activity wise along with restaurants to dine at. We enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner with a lovely golf course view. We had a few things come up and our host Dennis was very responsive when we contacted him.

What a wonderful month!

We stayed at Pebblecreek for a month, had a hiccup and had to return home for a few days and Dennis was amazing, he had the house cleaned while we were gone. The golf cart battery died while we were there and Dennis had a great loaner brought in for us to use. We thought we would use more of the community amenities but enjoyed our time by the pool at the house that we did t have to leave much. Definitely the best rental experience we have had. I highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay in Pebblecreek!

We really enjoyed our two-month stay at Dennis's home in Pebblecreek! The minute we arrive, he had arranged for someone to come to the house and welcome us with a gift basket! The living room furniture was so comfortable! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Having a golf cart to take over to PebbleCreek's Toscana's restaurant was enjoyable. Great food! My husband and I were shopping for a home to purchase during our stay, and Dennis was absolutely wonderful providing us with recommendations on recommended contractors, etc. Thank you Dennis for everything!

By far the best

We have stayed at several Vrbo properties and this one is by far the best experience yet. Super clean and well stocked. Dennis was easy to talk with and a pleasure to talk with. We will definitely return. Our overall experience was great. Thank you Dennis!

There is never a dull moment as there are so many indoor and outdoor activities..... that I can't begin to list them all! Three golf courses, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, horseshoes pits, tennis courts, two clubhouses with restaurants and lounges. Live theater, church, bingo, cards, arts/crafts, etc. There are some extra fees involved with some of the activities that the guest would be responsible for. Golf cart and bicycles to get around the whole community, so you don't even have to use your car if you don't want to!

This property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto an open space that affords some great sunsets. Even has an awning that will shade the sun if too intrusive on your patio stay. Has a water filtering system and water softener. Furnished with swimming mattresses, pickle ball equipment, books, printer, maintenance on the pool and hot tub is done weekly by a professional! Small dogs allowed at additional fee of $250 per month.
