An indoor elevator is a must when staying at the beach. Not only is it convenient for your luggage and groceries but it's a nice amenity for older folks who may not be comfortable climbing stairs. This Townhome has 5 Master Bedrooms - all having their own private en suite bath. Two of them are Grand Master Suites overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with private walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs. The 4th floor Grand Master Suite has a private soaking tub overlooking the gulf. Each Grand Master Suite has its own private balcony with spectacular views of the white sand and emerald water. The other 3 master bedrooms have a queen bed and their own private full bath with beautiful tiled walk-in showers and great views of the sound. Every bedroom and bath offers a spa like experience that includes luxurious bedding & linens. The large deck with seating for 10 is perfect for overlooking the tranquil views of the gulf while dining in. There's a private boardwalk to the white sands and turquoise water that await you. Each floor has its own air conditioning, furnace and hot water heater. The elevator provides easy access to each floor from the ground level to the 4th floor. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The living room and Grand Master Suites also have DVD players. There's WiFi and free long-distance phone access via land line throughout the house including the elevator.
The kitchen has state of the art appliances for your culinary preparations. Lots of counter space with an over-sized granite covered island that houses a wine chiller and doubles as a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. The main floor is open concept and offers a spacious living room with plenty of seating while looking out at the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. Travertine floors and high end furnishings are throughout the house. Dolphins and stingrays can be seen from the decks and inside the living room in the mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after spending the day enjoying the beautiful beach.
