This elevated home offers a unique experience: it feels like you’re floating among the treetops, with views from nearly every corner—bedroom, kitchen, balcony, and terrace.
Perfect for couples, remote workers, nature lovers, and adventurous travelers seeking peace, comfort, and a deep connection with the Costa Rican jungle.
The Space
• Bedroom with 2 queen-size beds and panoramic garden and wetland views
• Air conditioning, fan, and fast WiFi
• Private bathroom with small closet (Note: the shower is not heated, water is naturally fresh due to the tropical climate)
• Fully equipped open kitchen, ideal for cooking while immersed in nature
• Private balcony with a hammock for relaxing, reading, or wildlife watching
• TV for when you want to unwind indoors
Important to Know:
To access Casa Matapalo, 4x4 is required and guests must climb approximately 70 steps from the parking area. The view and privacy at the top are worth it, but we recommend considering this if you have mobility or health concerns.
