SUTTON - CONDO IN THE HEART OF THE VILLAGE

Located in a historic building in the heart of the village, the condo has been renovate with taste. It is very appreciated for its central location. There is a great animation in the city center with the increase of tourism. Everything can be done by foot, restaurants, shops, groceries, brewery. In the winter, there's a free ski shuttle to Mt Sutton just around the corner.

Enjoy all the activities like alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking trails at the PENS, road-cycling and mountain biking, kayaking on the Missisquoi River, golf, horseback riding just outside the village or just enjoy the lovely village!
Our accommodation is perfect for couples, with or without children, business travelers and accommodates up to 4 peoples. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature at its best while staying in a central condo.

It will be very appreciated for its central location and close to everything Sutton has to offer. There is a great animation in the city center with the traffic of tourism. Everything is done on foot, restaurants, shops, grocery store, brasseries. For the winter, the free ski shuttle to Mt Sutton passes around the corner.
Take advantage of the region this summer with walking trails, outdoor activities and kayaking, road or mountain biking at our prime location. And winter downhill ski trails, cross-country skiing, PENS hiking trails, fat bike or mountain bike ..... or just rest !!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a very central location, close to restaurants, cafes. The condo is very clean with comfortable bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, parking. A great location to spend a getaway in the village.

Great Location

Amazing place in the heart of Sutton

Sandra’s place is absolutely perfect for a short or long stay. The condo is super clean, and super well appointed with all that you need to cook. The washer and dryer are both easy to use. Sandra is very quick to respond and offers recommendations if asked. The check in is also very easy.I highly recommend her place!

We enjoyed 4 nights at this fantastic condo in the Sutton village. It was a great location for us, a 5-minute drive to the ski hill and lots of restaurant/shops within walking distance. There is also some nice walks through town and easy access to some hiking. The condo was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Stay at Sutton village

This condo was located in the center of a nice village town in Sutton. Lots of great restaurants in the area, along with great hiking spots. The host was very informative, and the condo was well maintained for the stay. I really enjoyed the stay, have no complaints….

Amazing!

This condo is in an excellent location, well appointed and very spacious. Shops and places to eat we so close by and we could walk everywhere with a wonderful reserved parking space. This was a great location to visit the other towns close by as well. We were there to visit the Louise Penny sites and it was perfect! Sandra was so helpful before and during our trip. We highly recommend staying here!

We both truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable. The owner was responsive and she answered the questions we had. Sutton is a quaint and beautiful little town. We especially enjoyed all the local businesses and grocery store.

A short stint in Sutton

Super well situated in the center of the village, this really cute appartment was perfect for the 4 of us. It had what we needed, was very clean and Sandra, the host, was amazing with answering questions rapidly and giving us all the info we needed. Great time was had by all!

The condo, on the second floor of the local 1940's Canada Post building, is tastefully renovated, spacious and very comfortable. The location is absolutely fantastic. Communications with our Sandra were perfect. I highly recommend!!

Ski Holiday

The property was perfect location! We were an easy 6 minutes drive to Mt Sutton for downhill and 4 minutes to XC skiing at Plein air Sutton. Before and after skiing it was an easy walk to any number of restaurants. Also easy walking distance for groceries for snacks, apres ski or if we wanted to eat in! The condo was clean and fully stocked with whatever we needed for our stay including making meals. Communication with the owner was easy and she was incredibly responsive. It was lovely and we cannot wait to return to Sutton and this condo!

Home away from home

This condo is actually a fully equipped and furnished apartment right in the middle of Sutton. The location is very quiet and within easy walking distance to all of Sutton’s restaurants, stores, banks, city hall, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to make a full meal from scratch. This is important if you are staying during the week as many restaurants are closed then. It’s an economical way for a family to stay since up to 4 persons can be accommodates in the 2 bedrooms and a large bath.

In the heart of Sutton, Quebec an immaculate condo

We arrived to an incredibly clean condo which contained all the little thoughtful items we didn't think of. The beds/furniture were so comfortable and if you thought of something you wished you had, it was there. Wish for iced beer mugs, there they were, need a bandaid, there it was; wish you had someplace for your wet swim clothes, the 5 star bathroom had it all. All the best of the town right at your doorstep complete with outdoors entertainment around the corner and little shops and lots of great restaurants. It was even quiet and the air conditioning was much appreciated. You will be comfortable here. The floors are sparkling clean thanks to a wonderful cleaner. The large windows and great shades for when needed were perfect. The closets were really big. Everything was! Even the parking.

Wonderful 2 night stay to celebrate a wonderful sister in law. 60 years young This condo is exceptional. So clean, well equipped, comfortable, cozy and well situated in Sutton village. So many little extras available to make our stay perfect. Communication with host easy and quick response time to any inquiry! Thank you Sandra. Beautiful, well looked after and incredibly clean condo. The beds were great! Bathroom huge! Wifi access easy! Comfortable furniture. Well equipped / stocked kitchen!
