Regarding your comments, we’d like to offer a small clarification: a large stock of firewood is available on the terrace, and each bedroom has four pillows, which are stored in the closets to keep the space uncluttered. We’re sorry if this wasn’t clear enough during your stay, and we’ll make sure to improve our instructions so it’s easier for future guests to find everything they need. Hello, We care deeply about the comfort and satisfaction of our guests, and we always strive to offer a smooth and pleasant stay. Unfortunately, this review does not reflect the quality and level of service we consistently provide — as confirmed by the many positive comments from previous guests. Our chalet is maintained with great care and regularly renovated to ensure a warm, modern and fully functional setting. We usually welcome respectful travellers and stays go wonderfully well. In this particular case, significant damage was observed upon departure, which required restoration work. To reassure our future guests: ✔️ Regular maintenance and improvements are carried out every year to ensure a high standard of comfort, ✔️ A professional on‑site concierge team is available daily to assist with any technical or practical needs, ✔️ We remain fully available and responsive from the booking process through the entire stay, ✔️ We conduct all interactions with transparency, courtesy and a strong sense of service. Nice to see that you appreciate the location and the Chalet in it's overall functionnalities ! You are welcome again. For the things that didn't work proprely, you can tell us during your stay. This way, we can fix it when you are here (we were not aware that dishwasher and washing machine doesn't work - if it is the case we will change them of course - they used to work before your arrival). Water is off between 2 rentals, it's normal process. And for the trees, on the left side, we will keep them to keep the view on it and the mountains.

Pour information pour nos lecteurs, depuis votre passage, les fenêtres du rez-de-chaussée ont toutes été changées, pour encore plus de fonfort, et dans le village, il y a une supérette ouverte toute l'année et plusieurs bars/restaurants. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau.
