Beautiful apartment located 100m from the ski lift in Saint Gervais

I feel very strongly that i must respond to this guests comments as her negative comments do not match any comments from any guests this winter season. I will answer her negative comments one by one. There is no WIFI in the property and that is in the listing. Most people rely on their 4G and the numerous wifi zones around. The TV is a brand new smart tv which has over 1000 channels that caters for all nationalities. The guest was provided with a guide of some English speaking channels which does include news channels, as you would find in hotels in Europe. The books had to be removed due to covid so we removed the bookcase too. I had not realised there was a picture of the bookcase on the site and will remove that picture. There are no metal bars in the sofabed. A topper mattress is provided for added comfort. When i was showing the guest and her son, on arrival, how the sofabed worked she said she wouldn't need it as there were 2 bedrooms which there are not. I think she was mixing our property up with another one. The bedroom has 2 single beds which are joined together when a guest wants a double. The mattress which we put on top is an excellent mattress. I cannot understand how it moves about. I don't know how she can say "as per previous renters, we left more than we found'.. What does this mean? How does this guest know what was left before her? The fridge and freezer are completely emptied and defrosted between guests. Finally, as for transfers from Le Fayet, this guest said she was driving from Geneva. I informed her a few days before arrival about directions to the property by car and she then said they were getting a bus from geneva. I then sent her information on buses from Le Fayet. Owners are not expected to pick guests up from the railway station. I was not present for this guests departure but was informed she left the apartment in a poor state, even failing to flush the toilet. I would not ever accept her in our accommodation again and would not recommend her to other owners.
