Beautiful mountain cabin with wrap around deck and a carport. Gas grill on the carport. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on 3 levels. King Master on upper level, queen bedroom on main level, and queen bedroom in basement. Bathroom on each level. Main floor has living area with 40" television, with eat in kitchen, Queen bedroom and bath with tub/shower combo. Upper level has king bedroom and bath with tub/shower combo. Basement has a den with a 50" television and a queen bedroom and bath with tub/shower combo. Cabin has wifi and Dish television in 4 rooms. Location is private yet close to so much.. 1 mile from Young Harris College. Close to Brasstown Valley Resort which has golf course, spa and horse back riding. Many restaurants within 15 minutes. 2 movie theatres and a bowling alley within 10 minutes. Lake Chatuge and several Georgia State Parks and hiking trails nearby. Come cozy up by the fireplace (available September thru April) and enjoy the mountains!

Excellent

We were travelling with an infant for a wedding at the local golf resort, and a hotel style room wasnā€™t going to work for us. This property was perfect- it was a mile to where our family was staying and our daughter had her own sleep space. The rooms are set up so thereā€™s plenty of privacy and the porch was unbeatable.

Very nice cabin

The cabin was very nice, in a nice location. It had everything we needed and was close to Hiawassee and Blairsville. Also very close to the fairgrounds. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Cabin

We were up in Young Harris for wedding. The cabin was beautiful and the check in was easy. Our host was accessible and very helpful when we needed it. Highly recommend this property and the host for anyone visiting Young Harris.

Love this cabin

This is where my husband and I got engaged, we love it! It has a stunning wrap around porch to bring the morning in with a cup of coffee. We will definitely be back.

Great Weekend

My husband & I, along with 2 other couples rented Big Buck Cabin for a concert at GA MTN Fairgrounds. The cabin was perfect! It is located app15 minutes from the concert venue. It was great for 3 couples - 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom, each on a separate floor. The cabin is gorgeous and very clean. The surrounding property is pristine mountain land and so very peaceful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back!

The home was fantastic. Everything we needed was there , very well thought out. Definitely our home, away from home. We visit Brasstown Valley Resort twice a year . This will be the first place we will hope to stay.

We stayed two nights and a day and enjoyed ourselves. The setting and the home is set up for helping folks recharge their batteries. Had a great time. We will return.

Thanksgiving Weekend

Everything was great! More than most other cabin rentals weā€™ve stayed in. Everything was clean and well stocked. Owner was attentive and responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely come back.

Loved our visit

We loved this cabin. So much room, and very comfortable. Felt like home. We were in town for a wedding at Brasstown Valley resort. Less than a five minute drive, which made it even better! Book this one if you are looking to stay in the area. The owner, Christie, is very response and didn't even laugh at me when we couldn't find the lock box. šŸ˜Š

Relaxing vacation

This is a wonderful place to stay! We were greated with treats on the table with a personal note. In each bathroom was a basket, that said "if you forgot something " you could take it. That was a nice personal touch. Everything was so nice and clean. It is a beautiful cabin ! Each couple had their own floor to themselves. We will definitely rent again!

Memorable Christmas Cabin

It was everything we expected and more minus the historically freezing winter outside. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home and being so helpful during this cold weather. We have lots of wonderful memorable relaxing moments. This was my sisters first time at a cabin. My husband and I have been to others with our children for Christmas before. This place is now one of our best. We hope to one day return.

Wonderful Place To Stay

I don't usually take the time to reviw and home but wanted to this time. I loved how attentive Christie (property manager) was from the moment I booked the cabin. She quickly answered any texts or emails. The cabin itself was nicer than expected as the listing photos don't do it justice! Big Buck Cabin is bright and inviting. There were lovely little sitting areas and cozy blankets throughout. Just be prepared for eyes watching you, lol, as there were many deer heads mounted on the walls. We were a group of various aged women and the three bathrooms helped immensely. It was very close to the Brasstown Valley Resort and Spa so we had not trouble getting back and forth for our Juice Plus conference. We would absolutely stay there again!

Beautiful cabin perfect views great for a weekend getaway

We decided last minute for a couples weekend trip & weā€™re lucky enough to get this cabin. It was easy to find, centrally located with beautiful views. Cabin has the best wrap porch.

Visit with daughter in college

Very cozy cabin close to Young Harris campus I just wish I had stayed another day or two to relax in the mountain cabin atmosphere I live at the beach and visited my daughter to watch her play lacrosse. Even though I stayed there alone I was able to have her up and cook a home-cooked meal for her. It's just I really cannot say enough good things. I am a chef by trade and Kitchen and outdoor Grill area comfortable and well stocked Plenty of outdoor space for kids to play and would easily accommodate 6+

Big BANG for yourBUCK at the Buck House

Miss Christie has thought of every detail to make her guests stay enjoyable!!! The cabin is decorated so warm and cozy it feels like your visiting with Family. The Cabin and grounds are well kept and super clean !! We will definitely try to book here again !!!

Great trip to mountains!

We had a great time at the cabin. We found the cabin clean and well decorated and loved the bears and deer throughout. The kids loved having their own room with ample electronics and bathrooms to appease their teenage interests. My wife and I enjoyed the porch and living room for relaxing and entertainment. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft linens and pillows. For adventures, we hiked the High Shoals Falls trail and went whitewater rafting on the Chatuge River with Southeastern Expeditions on the Class I-III portion. We planned a pontoon boat, but inclement weather caused that trip to cancel. We ate at the Sand Bar Grille, Sundance Grill and Hiawassee Brewery. Overall, we had a great time and hope to return soon! Our family has vacationed in the Young Harris and Hiawassee area for over 27 years. We love the mountains and get up here as often as we can from North Florida. It is our little slice of Heaven!
