Its a beautifully furnished 1360 square foot oasis that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room area with a fireplace, upgraded kitchen, air conditioned and just steps away from 2 pool areas. Its in a gated community and close to restaurants and shops.

Condo is the bottom unit with a large driveway.

Master Bedroom has a King sized bed with TV/DVD player and access to closet and drawers. Master has a large on-suite master bathroom with double vanity.

Spare Bedroom has a Queen sized bed with TV and access to closet and drawers plus a desk.

2nd bathroom is a full bath with a single vanity.

Guest have access to laundry room that has washer and dryer, iron & ironing board.

Condo is only steps away from 2 pool areas. Pools are heated.

Private patio accessible from the master bedroom or the living room overlooking a beautiful green lawn and the pool area. Patio has patio furniture, lounger and gas grill.

Guest have access to the entire condo; and the 32 swimming pools and hot tubs throughout the complex.

Guest have access to tennis, pickle ball, fitness center and the restaurant at the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club clubhouse as a guest. Guest may play golf for a reduced fee.

We are available by phone as much as needed. We do not live in the desert, but we will correspond with guests prior to their arrival so they know how to get into the gated community as well as into the condo.

Desert Falls County Club is a 24 hour guard gated community with a championship golf course, lighted tennis courts, pickle ball, full fitness center with yoga classes, pro tennis and golf shops.
