Beachfront Luxury 4BR/3BA with Sunset Views and 2 Masters!

This property is a gorgeously updated 4BR unit with 2 Masters at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. This unit is located on the 4th floor on the west side and is an corner unit, which means great sunset views. Three of the bedrooms have a view of the beach/sunset and have private access to bathrooms. The second master has a private balcony with view of the beach and sunset. This unit leaves nothing to be desired inside, and has amazing balcony space outside. The complex offers a great pool, two hot tubs and a splash pad for the kids. You can even enjoy your favorite refreshment at the beach bar and grill, literally 10 steps from the sand!

Free beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chest and beach toys are included in this unit. Video Game console in the kids bunk room, extensive book and DVD collection in the unit, and most of all, a breathtaking direct beach and ocean view from the large balcony.

Access to the facility is controlled, with 24 hour guard at entry. Parking fee is included with the booking for up to 3 parking passes for you and your family. You will not go anywhere else once you stay here.

My family of 7 were very comfortable in this spacious unit. It is beautifully decorated with amazing views. It has everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, from multiple tents, beach chairs, beach toys and towels. Our host Jeremy was very friendly and available if we needed him.We would definitely stay here again.

The place was perfect! The owner was easy to contact beforehand and gave us lots of info about the property beforehand. Having a closet of beach chairs, tents and toys was great, and allowed us not to have to pack those things from home.

Great week in this condo

We had a great week with our extended family. Kitchen was stocked with most items that you would need. Condo was clean and furnished adequately. Only complaint is the mattresses in all bedrooms need to be replaced. Deep sags and very uncomfortable. First time staying at this complex. Common areas were cleaned daily, elevators were fast, and beach wasn't overcrowded. The pool was smaller than expected with limited chairs but wasn't a big deal. Fitness center was closed. Staff at the condo was always pleasant and offered assistance if needed.

Exactly as described

We had an amazing time at the property. The condo slept 10 with ease. We didn’t have anyone sleeping on the couch or in the living room at all. There was plenty of space for us to hang on the balcony. Having two master suites was a great bonus as well. We will definitely be booking her again.

Great stay

This was our third year staying at this condo for spring break. Boardwalk is a great place to stay with kids. The condo was clean and comfortable. Amazing views! Love the location as well. The host is easy to deal with and contact! Definitely recommend staying here…

Beautiful View of the Ocean.

Jeremy and Amanda were wonderful hosts! Handled all of our concerns in a timely fashion, even left us a little goodie bag! Decorated very nicely with lovely furniture and decor! Our only issue during our stay was the thermostat in one of the Masters was having a hard time keeping up. I notified Jeremy and he had a tech out within a few hours and the issue was resolved. The bunk room does get a little stuffy when it has several occupants. We had 4 boys staying in the room. Be sure to leave the door open when you can and keep the fan provided running definitely helps with the airflow. Kitchen was well equipped right down to a Keurig and a Crockpot. We cooked most of our meals in the condo. Tons of beach supplies are available for your use. There was really not much of a need for us to bring the things we did- maybe just chairs if you have a larger group like us! Lots of bath towels provided. Gorgeous view of the ocean.. and a wonderful place to watch the sunset!

Look no further!!! Best all around

This condo is the Best. These owners go all out to make you feel like you’re right at home. Unlike other condos, they supply you with your needs. ie. toilet paper, paper towels, first aid kit, a bottle of wine,(ha) shampoo, body wash, beach tent, umbrellas and beach Chairs…toys too. They didn't leave anything out. The space in this place was awesome. Our family of nine had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the great view of the Gulf. I can’t say enough positive things about the unit. The a/c kept the condo very comfortable. They even have a full size washer and dryer. When you have a large group, it sure makes washing and drying easier. I love the fact that it has two master’s. Jeremy, thanks for all the helpful tips and recommendations. (You should add The Captains table to recommendations) The safety at this place is pretty great also. The beach was not as crowded as some of the places we have stayed. They do patrol the resort. Parking would have been better if the bottom lot was open but still, it was not a problem. I will definitely be booking here again.

Great Family Vacation Spot

Condo was perfect for our family. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were perfect for us. The Boardwalk was clean and neat. Beach was awesome as was the pool Host was very responsive and went over everything to make our stay perfect.

Family beach week

We had the best stay here. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. The check in process was very easy and the hosts provided excellent communication. The entire complex was beautiful and our kids loved the pool and splash pad. We ate at the bar and grill on site several nights and the food was delicious. Having games and beach toys and chairs in the condo was so nice as well! Would definitely recommend and plan to come back!

Great Location in Panama City Beach

The unit was just as described in the listing. Had a closet with lots of beach items chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. Condo was on the 4th floor on the west end of the building with great views including the sunset. Nice pool with zero entry at one end and nice size splash pad area. The condo is on the less busy east end of the beach with easy access to anywhere on the beach. The owner was super easy to work with on check in and out. My family of 11 would definitely stay here again. We had 7 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 to 16.

Best Condo in Panama City

We have been returning year over year to this stunning condo at the Boardwalk Beach Resort, and enjoy every minute of our stay! The condo offers such comfortable accommodations, with so much room for our family and many little grandchildren. The views are spectacular, the pools and beach are beautiful, and the owner is amazing, consistently making sure that we’re informed and have all that we need to thoroughly enjoy our stay there. We would highly recommend this property to all, and can’t wait to return in the very near future!

Location, hospitality and more!

This is one of the best appointed condos we've rented. The beds were super comfy, there were plenty of towels, pillows, toiletries to get us started, a closet full of beach supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen (though I do recommend adding a couple cookie sheets as I couldn't find anything to use in the oven to warm up leftovers), the decor was a fun beach vibe and everything was clean! The location was fantastic! Right in the middle of everything with fabulous views of the gulf, the sunsets are amazing!! The pool is big, heated and has plenty of chairs. There is also a fun little bar and grill right on site. We enjoyed live music a couple of nights during our stay. FUN! Finally, Jeremy was a fantastic host. Very responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend.

Love this unit

Love staying on this property and this unit. Love that it’s 4th floor, the size is great. Needs some improvement on cooking tools (knives and cooking utensils), but we often bring our own so we know we have it anyway just in case. Will be back!
