This house, with its 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen and resort-like back yard. The swimming poolā€™s huge waterfall is pleasing to both see and hear. There is a large granite and natural stone-covered barbecue for all you cooking needs. The fire pit provides an inviting ambiance for a chilly evening.

This house has it all! Whether youā€™re looking for temporary housing while searching for a new home in Arizona or needing temporary housing for the out of town on a work contract, this is the place to be. The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an open floor plan kitchen/family room/dining room.

The house is furnished with everything you will need to enjoy your stay like it was your own home: queen-sized beds in each room, a kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances, pots & pans, coffee maker, etc.

We take pride in keeping the house extra clean upon your arrival as well as provide extra sheets, blankets, and towels.

In addition, we do not live too far away and are always around if you need anything, even if itā€™s just a recommendation on how to spend the day. Feel free to call us anytime.

What a relaxing house with an incredible pool area! House is well stocked and comfortable! The pool area was simply amazing! Waterfalls, hot tub, umbrella options, lounge chairs, bar, and more we didnā€™t even use.

From the open layout, upscale master bedroom, and backyard pool/hottub to its location and proximity to everything in Mesa and the surrounding area, it was a perfect place to spend a week for our family. The owner was hands off but it always seemed like he was available if needed. There was a lot of kitchen dishware and utensils, propane for grill, pool toys, and beach towels. It is a fantastic rental.

Loved our stay here! Exactly as pictured. Clean, beds were super comfortable, well stocked. Backyard was beautiful, pool and hot tub were so nice and easy to operate. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again if ever back in the area.

Peaceful and Clean

The house and pool are beautiful. We were in town for a sporting even at Bell Bank Park. The home was close enough to go back and forth between games so we could relax and cool off in the pool for a while before the next event. If we come back to the area we hope to rent the same home. Thank you,

More than expected!!

Location, location,location!!!! It was perfect for our little family. We had the best time seeing all the towns we planned on and knowing that the rental wasnā€™t far away when it was time to relax. Grocery store was only 5 minutes down the road too. Brian made it super easy to turn on all the glamour that the house has to accommodate every guest. Loved it!!

Weekend getaway

This house/property was perfect for our group of 5! We were in dire need of a long weekend away in the sun and literally didn't leave the house for 4 days. The open floor plan of the home was great when we weren't out in the pool! The pool was perfect... mornings on the shallow perch and afternoon happy hour at the built in table/bench. The pool/hot tub system was easy to use and kept everything just the right temp. They also have a nice outdoor BBQ space that we used multiple nights for dinner. Nearby plenty of restaurants and grocery stores! We had a terrific time and thank Brian for access to his beautiful home and ease of communication! THANK BRIAN!

Wonderful Mesa Home

This property is conveniently located, clean, comfortable and worked really well for our family of four. The outdoor space (pool, hot tub, seating) was really wonderful and just what we needed after a long Minnesota winter. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

If I could give more stars to owner communication abs helpfulness, I would! When we first arrive, my husband and my first task was to crack open a bottle of wine but the current wine bottle opener was broken, and the owner made the effort to deliver us one within half an hour! Itā€™s also amazing that we were allowed to bring our doggies with us on this trip, that is so rare and especially in a house as nice as this one, and we very much appreciate the ability to bring them with us on these trips. I rated the cleanliness as I did because we found some clothing from previous renters in the laundry room hamper and cabinets, and found some used Q-tips and other small garbage behind garbage cans, which didnā€™t give us very much confidence that the home was extremely thoroughly cleaned out, considering the Covid world weā€™re in right now. My husband and I are not germaphobes, so we didnā€™t feel the need to reach out to the owner to complain or anything like that, so we just picked up and wiped down as we would have done in our own home. I rated the check-in process as I did because we had to wait until 4:25 PM to enter the house because the cleaners were not yet finished. My complaints are minor and no place is perfect, but I do feel itā€™s worth to tell other potential renters. Overall, we loved the house, itā€™s very spacious, well appointed, and conveniently located. The hot tub and pool with the nicely decorated backyard was lovely!! Thanks to the owner Brian for being so responsive and accommodating!

Incredible backyard, 15 min from happening downtown Mesa

Loved this house. Will book every year. Backyard layout and pool technology is incredible and user friendly. Had no idea downtown Mesa was so popping! Love love love.

Beautiful home

What a beautiful home. We rented this house for a week and Brian makes you feel like you are in your own house. From the beginning to the end Brian was there to answer any questions we had. If you have kids the back yard is worth everything. Heated pool and tub, plenty of room to sit and enjoy the sun. Thank you Brian for sharing your house!

Mesa Rental

Brian was super great at communicating with us and making sure house, pool and hot tub were everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Way better than staying at a hotel. This is like staying at a private resort and will definitely look into renting again if in area. Very nice area.

Thought this property was an excellent place to stay,Brian was very helpfull with everything we needed.Very close to everthing even the golf courses,Augusta Ranch golf course was an excellent course to play,and very close to the house only one an a half miles.Every place we went to play and eat people were very nice and helpfull. Would love to move to Mesa but wife has to stay with kids and grandkids in snowy Denver,Ha, love Denver to.

Hello, my name is Brian Breu and I was born and raised right here in Arizona where I still live today in East Mesa.
My wife and I have been married for 20 years (as of 2016) and are the parents of 2 great kids.
Our hobbies include going camping in the mountains, traveling down to Rocky Point, Mexico for the weekend, and especially riding our Harley all over this great state I get to call home.
As for as the job thing goes, my wife works in Human Resources and I am a Realtor and a small business owner.

I know you will enjoy the convenience of this home for a number of reasons, mainly that it is located near the US 60 with easy access to explore all the wonderful things Arizona has to offer. One of the most notable things about Arizona is our great weather. The house has a pool with a heater as well as a fire pit that will allow you to enjoy that great weather with your friends and family in a private setting.
