Great Location for Beach and Sunsets

Enjoyed our stay here. Property is exactly what is described online. Love the walking steps to the beach. And the sunsets were beautiful when the weather was good. Would love to stay here again next time.

Clean and had everything we need! So close to the beach! This is the 3rd time we stayed. The office staff is so helpful! When we arrived there was a maintenance issue, that was addressed the same day. I was pleasantly surprised because it was a Sunday. And they did it pleasantly and communicated it in a timely manner. In the past we had bounced around to different rentals, but this might be where we go back on our trips to Florida.

This property was perfect! They answered a couple of my last minute questions so fast. The location was perfect, the pool and rear sidewalk area was so great! Definitely recommend!

I recently stayed at this Florida property and overall had a decent experience. The unit was well stocked with enough toiletries and trash bags for our stay, which I really appreciated. It made things convenient and we didn’t feel like we were constantly running out of supplies. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.However, I do want to mention something that I found misleading in the listing description. It states that chairs and an umbrella are included. Based on that, we assumed this meant beach chair service like many other properties in Florida offer—often noting clearly if there’s an additional charge. When we got to the beach and sat under the chairs and umbrella already set up, a gentlemen approached us and informed us it would be 40 per day to use them. While 40 a day may not seem like much, it definitely adds up over several days and was not something we had planned for since the listing said they were included.To clarify for future guests: the “included” chairs are folding beach chairs provided in the room, and the umbrella in our room was broken and bent. We were honestly concerned it might blow away and hurt someone. I was able to get a replacement from the front desk, which was nicer, but it was still a smaller personal umbrella—not the larger beach setup that you assumeAdditionally, the bed was not very comfortable. It felt like the middle was sinking in, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.Thanks DH

Bright Colorful Condo with a Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay at South Beach Condo. We had a one bedroom unit and it was clean and roomy. It has a great bacony viewing the ocean and the sunsets. All units face the ocean. The bacony is private which is a big plus. It could use an unbrella to provide some shade when it gets super sunny. Our unit was equipped with everything we needed. It looks just like the pictures of it. We love to walk and this was perfect for us. It has a spacious walking path behind the condo about 1 1/2 miles long. This condo is located within walking distance to Restaurants, Publix, Walgreens, and John's Pass. The Staff is friendly. Our only negative was the washing machine was too loud. Overall, great place to stay, great location, friendly staff!

The perfect Florida condo!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was very clean. The washer and dryer were so convenient and worked great. I packed shampoo etc. but the bathroom had a great set up of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and liquid hand soap. I loved the view from the condo and the set up. We loved playing shuffle board in the evening while eating dinner. The kids got a lot of pool time in as well. It was a good size pool with very comfortable lounge beds. We borrowed beach chairs from the condo front desk and they were perfect for us since we had kids and didn’t get to relax too much on the beach lol. The walk to the beach was great. The pathway there was so clean, wide, and all soft white sand. The location is PERFECT. We were walking distance to so many restaurants. We loved the Floridian for take out Cuban sandwiches, and captain bills for sea food. We can’t wait to come back to treasure island after a perfect vacation this week.

Loved everything about this nice sized condo. Great balcony. Heated pool, good supply of utensils and dishes. Complimentary beach chairs. Cabana rentals at beach $30. Lots of food choices nearby. Staff was very good as well!

Nice and clean oceanfront property!

We had a nice family vacation here at South Beach. The property was clean, the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the property was listed as a 2 bedroom, which we only had a 1 bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Other than that, it worked for the 3 of us. Nice location in the heart of Treasure Island.
