Off the living area is a private lanai with a trundle bed for extra sleeping. It has new ceiling fans throughout.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots pans, coffee maker, microwave toaster, dishwasher etc.


All linens are provided i.e. sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels and pool towels, we also provide 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and softener. There is a Dollar store by PUBLIX on the Island for those extra needs. Everything you need from linens, bath towels, chairs, beach towels, umbrella and beach gear is provided.

Bedroom 1 - The Master bedroom located off the main living area is roomy with a King size bed and private beautiful bath


Bedroom 2 - Has a full size bed -
Bedroom 3 - Has Queen size bed and both are shared with a full bath between the rooms.

Outside the front sliders is another outside seating area with great furniture to enjoy your stay. There is private parking for 1 car available.

There is also a gas Grill available for your use

There are HDTVs in every room with wireless internet with expanded cable .

PRIVATE COMMUNITY HEATED POOL
The pool is for visitors and owners only . It’s located right across from out driveway!! There are 2 restrooms and an outdoor shower, hot tub, lounge chairs etc for everyones use. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful lush setting of palm trees an other tropical plants!

BEACH GEAR
Loads of beach toys, bikes and equipment as well as beach towels for your use. Everything you need to enjoy your visit to Anna Maria Island.
