Independent fully equipped kitchen.

There is a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave and a toaster, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle.

A washing machine is at your disposal.



TERRACE ROOM:

The second terrace overlooks the 2 bedrooms and offers a view of the gardens of the residence.

It is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, and a deckchair.



BEDROOM 1 :

The master bedroom overlooks the terrace.

It is equipped with a double bed, a storage cabinet, and its bathroom with private bath.



BEDROOM 2:

The second bedroom also overlooks the terrace and is equipped with 2 single beds that can be moved together or separated and a storage cupboard.

Private bathroom to the master bedroom with bath.

Bathroom with shower and toilet.



Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
