YOUR HOME IN TOWN is an apartment with one bedroom of 40 m² furnished and equipped with all, rented daily, weekly or monthly with the "holiday home" formula.
Located in the center of Catania a few steps from the Bellini public garden and the famous Via Etnea, the city's living room, many shops and pubs of all kinds and for all needs.
The apartment is the ideal solution for no more than 3 people and for short stays.
It consists of a single large bedroom with double bed and a single bed, dressing room and a private bathroom and a full kitchen equipped with everything that may be necessary, including small appliances such as toasters bread, juicer, thermos, coffee maker, kettle, tablecloths, tea towels, cutlery, and finally the fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The house is a neoclassical masterpiece with subtle traces of Baroque and Art Nouveau architecture. Equipped with a separate entrance, high ceilings, well done Italian furniture revisited in a glam, works of art and the latest electrical appliances.
The rooms have been furnished with special care for our customers, offering an elegant and comfortable high standard of living. A style with the charm that only a historic building can have,
classic, simple, minimalist, with a little detail that accompanies the traveler to the true Sicilian tradition and creates within the "timeless" aura, comfortable and charming house.
The house is equipped with all the comforts necessary to meet customer requirements, the fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower and emotional FM radio in it, air conditioning, wi-fi, linen high quality bed and towels.
Well located in the heart of the city, the accommodation overlooks the interior courtyard of the building, which allows customers to enjoy a real relaxing holiday. The comfortable terrace, furnished in green and equipped with table and chairs, is perfect for an afternoon break or dinner, but also to display the washed clothes and usable surface as "smoker".
It can accommodate up to 3 people.
The area is well served by audiences, media supermarkets, shops and restaurants.
And 'possible to access the property by car / motorbike, with free use of private parking on site, available 24 hours a day.
During your stay, you can visit Catania with the bikes available free of charge from our hotel.
