Beautiful location for rolling out of bed onto a soft quiet beach. Fantastic snorkeling accessible right off the beach. Central location for visiting north and south area of the island and groceries, airport, and restaurant all available within ten minutes. Host communicates clearly, fully, and quickly with need to know information. We would definitely book Da Villa again if we go back to Eleuthera.

Beautiful home, great space for our party of 5, both internally and externally. We wanted a place where we wouldnā€™t be on top of each other plus we wanted to be away from a lot of other people. It is a secluded location and beautiful views of the Atlantic.

Great Stay at Davilla

This house is situated on a perfect bluff over the Atlantic. Itā€™s incredibly spacious inside and has everything that you need for an amazing vacation stay. The power went out a couple of times and the generator was a huge bonus! We ate in most evenings, but drove into town for ice cream or dessert every night. Itā€™s truly lovely and in a convenient spot for everything in Central Eleuthera. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to book again!

Perfect Property

We travel very often and this is superb hose and location. It has it all. Seven days with zero complaints. Two enormous King Suites and equally large common area.Deck and view are fabulous as well.

Spacious home

This was our fourth stay in Eleuthera, each time at a different rental. My family preferred Davila to all the others for many reasons. First was the spaciousness inside , with 2 large master suites, a large kitchen, and living area, and 2 1/2 baths. Secondly we loved the location which was perfect for quick trips into town for shopping, dining, groceries, coffee, etc, yet was very private. The beach had beautiful sandy entrances, great reefs, and we rarely saw anyone. The backup generator is a must and the Starlink internet was the best we have experienced. This is the house we will return to for sure.

Very clean home

We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one is right at the top for cleanliness and organization. Also has such a lovely view and beach. We enjoyed our stay here.

Location was great- the most beautiful beach we saw on the island. Had an issue with the AC the first night, the care taker was super responsive and came right out and took care of it. Look forward to going back in the future!

Christmas vacation

Outstanding ocean view from the house. Snorkeling from the beach is amazing. The inside of the house is larger then what the photo showed. We had a great time and Jim was very helpful prior and during our stay letting us know of different areas to visit on the island.

A slice of heaven

The house and the location were perfect! Itā€™s so spacious and open. The view from the patio is so beautiful. A bit of a hike down to the beach, it was good exercise. The caretaker, Art, was very helpful and Jim the owner was always very responsive to any questions we had.

Amazing!

Wonderful place! The view on the ocean is breathtaking. The kids kept playing in the ocean non-stop, the didnt want to leave! The villa is very spacious with everything you need. The owner, Jim, is always super fast to reply and help on any questions you might have. Amazing!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of four spent a week at DaVilla and absolutely loved it. The house is located in a beautiful quiet area, was very clean, and has everything you need. The beach hut offers shade on those hot afternoons and the patio at the house is the perfect spot for having your first cup of coffee. We felt like it was really easy to get over to the Caribbean side on days that the Atlantic was a bit rough. And on the days that the Atlantic was calm, DaVilla was the best place to be by far. Will definitely stay here again!! Five stars all the way.

Amazing home and location!

I don't think we could have chosen a better home for our 8 day stay. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The location was very central and convenient to anything on the island. The beach at the house was easily one of the best out of all we visited, and we did a lot of beach sight seeing! It is just stunning. The owner was very easy to communicate with, as was Art, the manager. Everything about our stay was 5 stars. We will be back, and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Nice covid get away

Property was as advertised. Kitchen had everthing we needed (we cooked in mostly). Great view and beach, with Cocodimomma beach on the leeward side only 2 miles away for windy days.Food and beverage stores about 10 minutes away. We go to the islands once or twice a year for the past 18 years and this place (house and Island) rates in our top two.

Great property and location

House was better than advertised. Big open spaces, access to beautiful, expansive and private beach. Obvious pride of ownership, not just an investment property. Terrific central location on the island, but outside town, gave us the best of both worlds. Great communication, caretaker stopped by, and the owner called us from the US. Had friends staying at Cocodimama, Unicorn Cay, and Squire's Estates. All nice but we were glad we were at Da Villa and would stay there again.

Amazing View

Driving up the driveway to this property, as you park your car, you are immediately struck with one of the most amazing views you're ever gonna see. The house looks directly over the Atlantic Ocean, on top of a 25 to 30 foot bluff, with coral reefs down below you and a gorgeous little beach. The house is very clean and spacious, with all of the amenities. The porch was our favorite place to hang out as it had comfortable chairs and overlooked the ocean and the beach. We will definitely come back to Davilla the next time we come back to Governors Harbor.

Island Paradise

Beautiful views. Private beach. 10 minutes away from Governors Harbour and James Cistern. Caribbean beaches are just down the road. The home is larger than the pictures appear. Great location for island exploration. Easy road leading to the house. We rented a minivan, but needed an SUV to access some of the beaches we wanted to explore. Thankful for the generator. We were never wo power.

Beautiful location. Best on Eleuthera

We have stayed at a few VRBOs on Eleuthera and this was the best by far. The beach that itā€™s located on has beautiful snorkeling and is a lovely beach for walking each morning. The home is in such an amazing location to restaurants, the best beaches and Governors Harbour. The layout is perfect. The kitchen is set up for relaxing with family while making dinner and watching the beautiful sunset each night. Plenty of everything: towels, a cooler, beach chairs, kitchen pots, pans, dishes. We spent all day exploring Eleuthera and were able to kick back every night in the comfortable, spacious home. Thank you for sharing DaVilla.

Beautiful, beach property!!

DaVilla was much more than expected! The pictures do not do justice to this place. Jimā€™s home is sooo spacious and the beach is absolutely incredible. The house was very clean, tons of room, couches are comfy, kitchen is stocked, the patio is large, and the view is spectacular. I have absolutely zero complaints or anything negative to say about this property. The property manager was was prompt in answering questions. If you like snorkeling, thereā€™s great reef right off the shore. I will choose DaVilla every chance I get!

Billion dollar view from the sofa

A thousand words wonā€™t do justice to Da Villaā€™s location overlooking a beautiful, lonely, white sand beach on the Atlantic. It was our third trip to Eleuthera, the place to go when you want a stretch of sand all to yourself, and neither Da Villa nor its beach disappointed. The house is spacious and nicely set up for two couples each to enjoy their own master suite and time together in the kitchen/living room in between. The patio is also just as pictured and a great place to soak up the stars and watch cruise ships cross on the horizon. Island life can include small bugs that bite when the breeze slows down, so come prepared. The reward at Da Villa is a comfortable home on a world class beach.
