DOUBLE QUEEN SUITE IN THE BAILEY LODGE

This is one of our ten suites on the first floor in our highly rated lodge. Top level in amenities, it includes WiFi, HD TV with the Sports Package, a full kitchenette with coffeemaker, two-burner stove, microwave, RV refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, etc. as well as a coffeemaker. No oven.

You have two rooms, door in between, with a queen bed in each. Price includes all heat, water and trash. At your option, you also get a “walk through” to check towels, trash, coffee supplies and similar.

Sadly, we do not offer laundry facilities; those are five minutes down the road.

The lodge is situated 2 miles west of Bailey setback across the river and our trout pond off of Highway 285. Bailey has four restaurants, two with bars, a winery, brew pub and 420 supplies. Other eateries are available with a little longer drive.

We are 20 minutes from the summit of Kenosha Pass, where the Colorado Trail crosses, and 8 ½ miles from the turnoff to beautiful Guanella Pass. The North Fork of the South Platte River runs through our property.

In season, we feature a heated outdoor pool, stocked fishing pond and 12 acres for wandering. Excellent fishing, mountain biking and hiking are accessible from here. Bailey now has the Tree Tops Adventure Park which is a ton of fun.
