The ranch is situated on over 150 acres and hiking trails are right outside our backdoor! Guests are welcome to follow the trail going up to the top of the ridge for a dramatic 360 degree view! Local wildlife can include wild turkeys, quail, owls, deer, horses, and cattle.

Note:
Your onsite managers Chrissy & Logan live in the detached cottage, with their friendly doodle Shelby. They care for the property, and have their own separate space + patio. The backyard is not shared. We generally keep to ourselves, but we are of course available to help or answer questions. We always have your utmost privacy in mind :)

This is a beautiful hilltop property immersed in green, with terrific views all the way around. The wrap around porch provides all kinds of shaded seating areas, when it's warm outside. The spacious home has lovely decorating and great beds in every room.It was a great best friends annual getaway spot. Secluded, quiet feel but literally ten minutes drive from so many spots: Avila, San Luis Obispo, trails, wineries. And we loved walking to see all the beautiful horses grazing at the bottom of the hill.

Definitely a great place to stay.. It will be hard to stay anywhere else on the Central Coast after spending time here. Very beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time! The house is beautiful and spacious, and the grounds are meticulously maintained with an incredible view and total privacy. And a short drive to everything Downtown SLO has to offer. We'd stay here again!

This was a lovely stay for a small family reunion. We had 7 adults and two kids. Owners were responsive and the house is spacious with beautiful views. We enjoyed the several seating options and the jacuzzi. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. Using the fire pit during our last evening was an awesome way to end the trip!My two suggestions to improve the experience is to add more umbrellas to the outside space since it got hot in the July heat, and to add some type of ramp (even a removable one) to make the home more accessible. We have an old dog and my poor husband had to keep carrying him up and down the porch stairs. Obviously that’s on me to do better research, but still figured I’d suggest it. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’re grateful for the experience!

This was our 2nd time staying at this fabulous property so close to SLO, Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande, and even jumping on the 1 up to Morro Bay and above…..The property is well maintained. The views of Edna Valley and SLO are spectacular…You can easily sit out back all afternoon and enjoy the beautiful Central Coast.

Reunion

The property was amazing. The kitchen was large and easy to cook in with group of friends. The views were beautiful. The vineyards, chickens, fire pit, and hot tub were all enjoyable. Would stay here again!

Clean and Comfortable Estate Home

We loved our stay at Parker's Place. It was extremely private with beautiful views out every window. Walking the grounds was an activity in and of itself! It was a special place and leaves me with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend it!

The moment you step up the the front door and see the view through the back door, we knew we picked the right house for our family. The incredible scenery once you're out that backdoor will take your breath away. My wife and I never wasted an opportunity to relax with coffee, wine, or just a conversation. The house is in the perfect location for any town you'd like to visit in SLO county and even Santa Barbara County can be a nice day trip.Anything you could need is available in this house and the game room was especially a bonus we used almost everyday on our trip. A fully stock kitchen with everything you need to make a snack or a full meal. The outside area was another great spot to hang out while I cooked on the grill with the family around the fire pit, and later some relaxing time in the hottub.You will not regret staying in this amazing house and getting the opportunity to reset with your family or friends.

Wow! What a gorgeous home.

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous home. It's light and bright, the furnishings are beautiful, and the view is unparalleled. You feel like you're away from it all, but you're actually quite close to everything, from downtown to wineries. Our kids loved visiting the chickens, and the adults spent evenings around the fire pit. We will be sure to visit again.

A Gem in San Luis Obispo!

Pristine home with great amenities, beautiful, comfy decor and stunning views. Great for a family getaway with easy access to everything the Central Coast has to offer. Chrissy and Logan were excellent to work with and provided just the right level of communication. Quickly available via the app for questions. Will definitely be returning for another stay in SLO!

Parker’s Place

We enjoyed our first trip away from our kids at Parker's Place for a wedding nearby in Santa Margarita. It’s big enough to host a family, but we just enjoyed sleeping in and soaking up the peaceful and breathtaking views on the property to ourselves. The place feels secluded and intimate, but it’s centrally located to any city you’d want to explore in the area; Paso Robles, SLO, Pismo Beach, Moro Bay, Santa Margarita, etc. It’s comfortable, clean, spacious and is stocked with all amenities. We would stay again!

Beautiful home and property!

I booked Parker’s Place for my bachelorette party, and I couldn’t picture a more stunning place to celebrate. The view is absolutely incredible, and the outside seating and vineyards in the yard are so picturesque and peaceful. This was my first time back in SLO since graduating 8 years ago, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to do so. The beds were also so comfortable, and the inside of the house is as gorgeous as the outside. You get the peace and quiet of being a bit outside of town, but you’re still a really quick drive to downtown. I highly recommend staying here, and I had a truly wonderful time!

Hard to leave!

We have traveled and stayed at quite a few rental homes and this has been our favorite. The view is perfection. The home is so well decorated and inviting. We enjoyed walking the grounds, the fire pit area at night, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, puzzles and games that were found in the closet, and the beds were very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. I only wish we had more time because it was so hard to leave this beautiful home! Thank you for allowing our family to enjoy this peaceful spot for the weekend. It will be something we will always remember.

Hilltop Ranch Estate

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Views were fantastic. Morning fogs would clear out to clear sky views of SLO and a small part of the Edna Valley while relaxing in a great jacuzzi. All of the amenities were working, well labeled, easy to operate, and in good working order. There was plenty of extra seating outdoors provided and many intimate spaces to just sit and meditate as the beautiful landscapes of the Central Coast evolve during the day. Communications with the staffing was also accomplished in a timely manner. Local stores are close enough to get to in about 10 to 15 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again next year for our yearly tribal gathering with all of our Central Coast friends.

We have hiking right outside our backdoor! Guests are welcome to hike up the road behind the property to the top of the ridge for a dramatic 360 degree view of the valley! On a clear day you can see the ocean.
