Please note that we only rent our cabin with access to all three floors, including the first floor with the pool table, foosball, and large extra living space.

Halfway between Bryson City and Franklin with easy access to both!

Enjoy the Little Tennessee River right at the entrance to our area for fishing and tubing in the summer. River is clear again and did not flood in our area.

Ride the train in Bryson, go tubing at Deep Creek, or go gem mining in Franklin!
Go rafting in the Nantahala Gorge.

Large three-story home (2500 sq. ft. living area)

Four FULL BEDROOMS, THREE BATHROOMS, fully furnished, and well equipped for your comfort and convenience.

The master loft bedroom is very spacious (600 sq. ft.) and with a private bath, king-sized pine bed, loft office overlooking the main living room and views of the mountains.

Second bedroom has a black metal bed and Stanley dark wood dresser and nightstand.

Third bedroom has a real wood bunk bed set with a twin on top and a double on the bottom.

FIrst floor has a luxurious king master bedroom complete with a high-end Stearns and Foster king mattress and a gorgeous bathroom with a slate tiled soaking tub /shower combo and a large double sink vanity.

This floor has also been outfitted with a kitchenette (complete with a new wet bar, mini fridge, microwave, custom cabinet, and a coffee maker) a large wrap around leather couch, 2 tvs.

To top it all off, there is a full sized pool table, a foosball table, and a wrap around deck for your enjoyment.

The main second floor deck has gates at both ends to help you to keep track of small children and pets.

Lots of golf courses nearby as well as rafting close by at the Nantahala Outdoor Center.

Entrance to the Appalachian Trail is a short drive away through Tellico Gap about 20 minutes away.

Four breweries and a couple of wineries are in the surrounding areas to visit.
