SOARING EAGLE #405 - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATHS - BEDDING: MASTER Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD, private bath with oval soaking tub and separate shower; BR #2: Pillowtop King Bed, TV/DVD; BR #3: 2 Sets of Bunk Beds for the kids with their own TV/DVD, Gas Fireplace and Washer/Dryer. Enjoy mountain views from the top of Snowshoe Mountain in this sophisticated 3 bedroom east facing condo, with a 4 seat bar, 8 seat dining table, queen sleeper sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms and a small furnished patio.

SLOPE SIDE Soaring Eagle is located about a mile from Snowshoe Village and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, Air Conditioning, Underground Heated Parking Garage, Deck / Balcony, Elevators, Hearth Room with Fireplace, Fitness Room, Jacuzzi on the patio terrace, Free Resort Shuttle Service, Bike Friendly Lodging, Ski Storage Lockers, Restaurant and Bar on Site (Seasonal), and On-Site Laundry Facility. The complex has stunning views, adjacent to the Soaring Eagle Express Lift. Located about a mile from Snowshoe Village, and is well connected to trail systems for bicycling, hiking, and walking.

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

Updated House Rules:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.
~ For homes with a private hot tub, a cleaning fee of $100.00 is charged at the time of booking.

Family Ski Trip

This is a great place for a family ski getaway! Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. Only a few minor issues arose (leaking dishwasher, one of the bedrooms had a tiny leak in the window and was quite cold, ski lockers warped and difficult to use). Overall, clean, convenient, responsive property managers. Love the covered heated parking! Would definitely book again!

Great condo in a great location!

We spent a long weekend at Snowshoe, and this property was perfect for two families of four. The condo is spacious, clean, and the views are awesome. The beds are comfortable, and the ski-in, ski-out option was really convenient. Everything was as promised and we were very happy with the property. The hot tubs outside were pretty fantastic too! the one and only suggestion I have for the host is to replace the pop-up toaster, the bottom half of our bread burned every time almost immediately. I would definitely recommend this property, it was a great weekend!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It has plenty of room and everything we needed to prepare meals. This is a true ski in/ ski out location. We had some first time skiers with us, so we were also able to easily catch the shuttle (a very short walk that runs regularly) and get them to the beginner slope. We also could walk or catch the shuttle to The Village area. Parking underground made our vehicle easy to get to and out of the cold and lockers as you come off the slopes to store your things was great. Ski rentals also available on site. All in all it was perfect and we hope to come back and stay again!

Perfect for families

We had an amazing time at this condo! The pictures do not do it justice! All of the rooms are a very nice size. The living room is super nice and cozy. The gas fireplace was nice to have for our family. All the tvs were smart tvs and worked perfectly with our Netflix and Disney. We loved all the pillows and everyone fought over the comfy couch. The dining room table was perfect for our family we all enjoyed all of our meals here. The trolley stopped every fifteen minutes to pick our crew up and take us anywhere we wanted to go. Half our crew went night skiing every night which is just a short ride down the mountain. Half our crew visited the village and had a great time. We used the hot tubs one night and it was such a blast! We loved being on the top of the mountain. Skiing was very convenient. It was a true ski in and ski out. We had three different families and we all got perfect. The closets were all so nice and big for our ski gear. The kitchen was perfect. We truly had an amazing time. The only drawback to this mountain is there is NO CELL SERVICE! We took walky talkies which helped a lot. Overall we had the best time it was perfect. We were already looking to book this same unit again.

Great location and spacious

Requested king room to be 2 twins as listed but this did not happen. I emailed the contact upon arrival but never heard back. Also states there is a pullout couch. There is no pullout couch. Needs more towels. Otherwise, this is a great location and spacious condo.

Fantastic

We had a wonderful time staying at soaring Eagle 405. This is a beautiful property and this 3BR condo is set up extremely well and is well maintained. The owners provided great instructions and were responsive to the few questions I asked. It has everything you need to enjoy your time and the property is in a perfect location to just ski in and out. There is also an underground parking garage and a ski locker which makes it very convenient. The lodge is beautiful and our friends who were in other units enjoyed hanging out by the fire in the evenings. The staff is friendly and Prime 10 is a wonderful restaurant on property. Covid precautions were taken by staff and guests and we always felt people were respecting the precautions. This was our first trip to snowshoe and we would definitely book this same unit again. Overall great experience.

Judith Crane, LLC dba Casago Snowshoe is a West Virginia–licensed real estate broker offering upscale vacation rental homes, townhomes, and condominiums at Snowshoe Mountain Ski and Summer Resort in West Virginia. Our portfolio includes a wide variety of privately owned properties throughout the resort, ranging from cozy studios to spacious multi-bedroom mountain homes suitable for families and groups.

While not every property is located directly on the slopes, the majority of our rentals are slopeside and provide ski-in/ski-out access to beginner (novice) trails within the main terrain area of Snowshoe Mountain. Many homes also feature scenic mountain, village, or Western Territory views. The Western Territory is a separate section of the mountain known for its long vertical drop and expert terrain. This area features some of the steepest and most challenging trails in the region and is designed primarily for advanced skiers and snowboarders.

Casago Snowshoe provides professional vacation rental management and guest services year-round, welcoming visitors for winter skiing and snowboarding as well as summer mountain biking, hiking, festivals, and other outdoor recreation.
