Welcome to your new getaway! This Newly constructed 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from the Gulch and a quick UBER/LYFT/Taxi ride to the Music City Center, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, the 12 S. district, and Downtown. The Home-

Our home features 3 levels of living, a 2 car garage and an amazing rooftop deck with breathtaking Panoramic views of the Nashville Skyline. The rooftop will quickly become a preferred choice to sit around with family and friends as you share stories on any of the comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs while sitting around the firepit.

On the first level on the right is the first Bedroom with hardwood floors with a full bath. The bathroom boasts tile floors and shower/tub combo. We offer high quality King mattresses and 40" wall mounted TV to make your time extra relaxing.

Straight ahead on the first level will lead you to the 2 car garage.

On the next level you will find our open concept living area featuring a dining area, kitchen and living room. Hang out around the kitchen island, or relax on our comfortable Sofa and Chairs watching the 65" Wall Mounted TV or sing along to your favorite tunes with our Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Grab one of the 4 guitars in the room and serenade your friends and family. A karaoke machine is by the TV for those who wish to imitate your favorite star.

Just up from the living room you will find another guest bedroom equipped with a king bed, comfortable mattress a 55" Wall Mounted TV and a full bath.

We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience equipped with detergent and softener for your convenience.

At the end of the hall you will find the Master Suite with a King Size Bed, 55" Wall Mounted TV, Private Balcony, Full Bath with Separate Shower and Tub as well as His/Her sinks.

In addition, there is a sofa bed featuring a Tempurpedic Mattress.

Just up from the Master Suite is the Rooftop Deck. Watch the sunset, Take in some sun, or just relax in the many outdoor sofas and chairs. The Rooftop has a refrigerator, a sink as well as a Gas Fire pit. Watch the skyline light up as the sun sets or just enjoy one of the best views in Nashville.

The house was stocked with many amenities and we only needed to purchase a few food items at the store. Plenty of coffee pods, paper towels, detergent, soap, and cleaning supplies. The rooftop area was amazing and the skyline view of Nashville was a big hit. Being able to park 2 SUVs in the garage was another benefit. Kevin was a good host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to others.

This gorgeous, well appointed, well equipped, and comfy rental is top notch! There are multiple areas for group gatherings and the roof top offers stunning views! The host was timely with his responses. It’s within walking distance to Broadway and a great coffee shop is right around the corner. What a fabulous weekend we had! We will return!

This was a lovely property and the photos were representative. There were warm throws for snuggling by the TV, extras for small items a guest might have forgotten, etc. The host was thoughtful, placing signage and reminders tastefully to ensure we were aware of amenities and how to enjoy the home. We had a small question about an appliance issue and the local maintenance person was there to help us well within an hour to ensure we were safe and had no remaining issues. Who could ask for anything more! Parking for two cars is possible - but snug. We had two midsize cars and used a "spotter" to be sure we could fit, while witnessing someone in a large truck just down the street who appeared unable to park due to vehicle height. Great to have the off street parking option, but something to note if you have a huge car!Would recommend this spot based on professionalism of the host, lovely furnishings, great layout for privacy, and easy access to downtown. PS - rooftop view is pretty amazing, too, but it was chilly so we were only out there one evening, enjoying the gas fireplace!

This home is very well outfitted, one of the most comfortable rentals I've stayed in. We liked plenty seating in living and dining room areas, rugs to warm up the lovely hardwood flooring, plenty of extra blankets in the bedrooms. Kitchen felt like home, it was so well stocked. If you have bad knees, this may not be for you, there are lots of stairs, but we loved getting extra steps in our days. The outdoor spaces are lovely and comfortable. View as advertised! Safe neighborhood within walking distance to dining and shopping.

The house was ideal for our situation. Three king bedrooms with en suite was perfect for a birthday weekend with friends. Everyone had enough space, but it was very comfortable. The rooftop has an incredible view. The house is really well stocked, and they don’t skimp on any of the supplies like paper towels, or trash bags that some people do. Great communication with the host. Wonderful location to go downtown town very quick ride downtown or walkable depending on how far you’re going. Lots of outdoor space and comfortable living room for hanging out indoors. Would highly recommend and will definitely return when coming to downtown Nashville again

We absolutely loved our stay, I wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property was even prettier than the pictures and the rooftop was amazing! The place had everything you could possibly need and more, making the stay that much better. Communicating with Kevin was so easy and stress free, he really made us feel like valued guests! What a beautiful and comfortable stay! My college friends and I were celebrating friendships with a weekend in Nashville. This was the perfect spot for us. Our expectations were exceeded. Grandness in the Gulch

As soon as we drove onto the street of the property, we knew our stay would be special. I cannot say enough about the spacious interior, wonderful bedrooms, great kitchen and outstanding roof top area. I do not know how this house can be topped and if we ever return to Nashville we will certainly book this property again.

We love this property! The view is amazing, it's fun to watch the sun go down and the lights come up. As private owners we can give our renters flexible when we can. Which means an early check in or leaving bags in the garage. It's a convenient location to everything and walkable to food and shops. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do!
