House Rules & Safety 📋
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM.

Water Safety: No lifeguard on duty. Please use the provided life vests when using the kayaks or paddleboard. 🦺

Septic System: Please only flush the provided septic-safe toilet paper.

Security & Natural Environment 🛡️
To ensure your stay is safe and comfortable, please be aware of the following:

Exterior Security Cameras: For your safety and security, exterior cameras are installed on the property. These are located at the front door and overlooking the driveway. Please rest assured there are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas. 🎥

Pests & Wildlife: This is Georgia! 🍑 While the property is regularly treated for pests, please understand that you are in a natural environment. While not common, you may occasionally see insects or other local wildlife.

Pro-Tip: Please keep all doors and screens closed to minimize their entry and enjoy the great outdoors from the right side of the glass! 🐜🚫
