Of course! We offer high-speed wifi and work can be done the dining room table.



» Can I bring pets?



We welcome well-behaved dogs for an additional fee. No cats. The private 6 foot fence is perfect for pets and children safety.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the house as well as the washer and dryer in the shed out back, in the fenced in yard. The main gate is locked and not accessible from the outside except by lawn and pest control services.

✓ Please enter the correct number of guests at the time of booking to ensure accurate pricing and avoid issues at check-in.

✓ All guests must be registered prior to arrival.

✓ Please let us know of any issues right away. We can't fix the issue if we are not made aware of it.

✓ Pets must be registered and the pet fee paid before check-in.

✓ Excessive barking must be managed to avoid neighbor complaints.

✓ In the case of unresolved issues, you may be asked to board your pet or find alternative arrangements.

✓ Unapproved events will result in additional charges, including cleanup fees

✓ If there are pellets left, they will be in the blue Lowe's bucket; you are more than welcome to them.



Interaction with Guests:

We offer self check-in but are always available to assist during your stay via the platform.



For your security, we have security cameras placed on the front entryway (doorbell), back entrance and exterior laundry room entrance.
