You will stay on the first floor of the villa, about 3 km from the village center.

You can enjoy the proximity of shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, ...) but also close to many activities: tennis, horseback riding, golf.

You will be able to combine the pleasures of the city with those of the countryside and the sea (45 km). The nearest towns are: Aix-en-Provence (12 km), Saint Maximin (12 km), Marseille (25 km), and Cassis (45 km).



EXTERIOR

You can enjoy a private swimming pool fully secured by barriers, with access via a ladder, in service from 15 May to the end of September depending on the weather: dimensions (5x10 m) depth 1.60 m, equipped with sun loungers and a children's play area, as well as a pétanque court.

You can enjoy the sun on a private terrace (25 m²), fully south-facing with very pleasant garden furniture.

The house is accessed via a lane and a closed courtyard for parking vehicles.



INTERIOR

This holiday rental with a swimming pool, located near Aix-en-Provence, occupies the entire first floor of the house, with the owners residing on the ground floor.

It has an area of 150 m².

It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style.

The kitchen (14 m²) is fully equipped: microwave, 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker. A storeroom with a washbasin unit, a freezer, and a washing machine.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation is on the 1st floor accessible by an external staircase.
