Bathrooms are recently renovated! Renovations completed annually.

New outdoor shower (with lockbox for access)

Located on 126th Street. Unit 4 which is the top left unit. We do not have an elevator.

HIGH SPEED INTERNET INCLUDED

Smart TV's located in all bedrooms and the family. No cable.

1 Private parking space with plenty of street parking.

Common area deck for small gatherings. Private deck outside front door with new, awesome outside chairs.

Rental includes 4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella. Located in the front closer by front door. These are not guaranteed so if you notice one missing, please let me know. Newly purchased chairs summer of 2024

Linen service available: For an additional fee of $150 we can provide linen service which includes sheets, pillow cases and bath towels. They will be placed, folded, on each bed and can left on the beds for the cleaning service to remove after your stay. If you are interested, please let me know at the time of your booking so I can add the fee to your reservation.

Pet Fee: We are a pet friendly unit. There is an additional, one time, fee of $150 per pet for the duration of your stay.

Renters staying for one evening will be charged a cleaning fee of $150. Cleaning fee is included for everyone staying more than 1 night.

For your convenience the unit has central Air Conditioning and heat as well as a full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need except food. Include Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, silverware, crockpot, serving items, etc. We also have a breakfast bar and a full-size dining table.

Two bedrooms have queen-size beds and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (single top/double bottoms). Great for two families. Linens can be included for additional fee. (see above pricing)

CLEAN AND CLUTTER FREE! YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Unit sleeps 10 but no more than 6 adults are allowed during any one rental period.

RATES: Quotes are provided based on capabilities of the website. They are subject to change upon inquiry. Things like pet fees, discounts and security deposit vary depending on time of year. HOLIDAY WEEKENDS are subject to increased rates that are not currently reflected.

The Condo was exactly as listed and in a great location. It was clean, and having three bedrooms was perfect for my trip that included my wife, Toddler, mother-in-law and small dog. Owner was super responsive and helpful with questions as well. Look no further if you are considering!

Amazing week!! Super clean. Plenty of room for all of us plus 2 large dogs. The view is beautiful. Always able to find a parking spot out front. The kitchen has everything we needed. The owner was quick to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!!!

Great vacation!!

Place was supper clean, very spacious and it had everything we needed. Neighbors all around were super friendly. Communication with property manager was fast, friendly and answered any questions. My favorite part was that the beach is super close. And the shower outside is super convenient. Great experience for the whole family.

Great condo 1/2 a block from the beach

It was so nice to stay at the beach with my brother and my dog for a quick weekend get away. Short walk to the park and lots of nice restaurants near by. Private parking spot but did not even need to use my truck!

Great stay!!

We had very good time during the labor long weekend. The location is perfect and convenient as it is close to beach and also shops nearby. Would surely recommend for families to stay here. Host was very courteous and prompt in her response.

Best OC trip yet

From the minute I booked, it was nothing but ease. The home was everything advertised. It was clean and had everything you could need. The communication with the owner was first class. Right down to letting us know some special events going on while we were there. Not having to bring beachchairs with us was a bonus. Definitely will be back.

Great Beach Condo!

This is a great property! While not oceanfront, it is just steps from the beach. We definitely plan to return next summer. Note: This is essentially a 3rd floor unit just in case steps are an issue for you.

First time to OCM

We enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly and would highly recommend the neighborhood.we were very close to grocery and restaurants No major inconveniences other than linens.. we stayed with our dog and 2 year old grandchild. It was very easy.

Nice getaway

Cute apartment within walking distance of plenty of food and things to do. It's up a few flights of steps which is tough when carrying a bunch of stuff to the beach but otherwise very nice and would stay there again.

family getaway

we stayed with our kids and 1 year old grandson, we really enjoyed our stay, place was clean, and beach was close, had great weather except 1 day we stayed in because the wind was so bad we got sand blasted and it was not a place for a baby , or any of us, lots of steps goin up to condo, so b prepared for tired legs, but would recommend this to anyone

Family OC trip

Home was sanitized and clean upon arrival. Sunny bedrooms, all the family enjoyed the close proximity to the Northside Park, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Ample space in unit with plenty of starter household items for the week. The only negative was the smoking on the decks below us and next to us. Owner was very prompt in response to questions.

21st Celebration

We rented all 4 units for our family and what a tremendous time. all the units were well stocked, great location plenty of restaurants, things to do for everyone. Great beach access and the deck views are wonderful. We have shore houses in Cape May and Sea Isle but we will be back to rent here.

This is an ideal place for a beach vacation

Had an incredible experience here. Stayed a week and absolutely loved this place!! We had enough room for me, my fiancee, and our 5 kids. Very convenient location and literally just steps away from the beach. This was our home away from home this past week. Pet friendly, so we were able to bring our furry friend to enjoy this beach vacation! We will renting this again next time we go to Ocean City. Don't miss this opportunity

Wonderful Easter Weekend

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect location...just steps from the beach. Also only a short walk to Northside Park and restaurants. The unit itself is very warm & welcoming, clean and just perfect!

Great All Around

There is a reason this condo gets all 5-Star reviews. It is exactly as described with no surprises. Everything is in great shape, and it is super comfortable. The layout is great. And the location can’t be beat. The owner is clear and thorough in her communication and even went the extra step to provide some local events details for our stay. We couldn’t be happier and are working on booking again for our next stay!

Thanksgiving Getaway

Conveniently located near the beach. Bathrooms were nicely updated, kitchen had ample counterspace, plenty of sleeping accommodations , washer and dryer nice plus. Had a nice , enjoyable , and relaxing time !

Great Location and Just What We Needed

We took a fall vacation and this was just a great place to stay. The apartment is a great size, steps from the beach, and really offered everything you need. I hope to come back in the future for a summer stay.

Comfortable beach home

It was nice to have a roomy place to stay that was steps from the beach. Nicely updated, beds were comfortable. All we needed in the kitchen to prepare our meals was available. It was end of season so there was some dusting needed on vents and such, but the bathrooms were immaculate and everything very nice. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
