Eclectic Florida Getaway

Our home is an adorable, eclectic Florida Getaway for short or long term stays. Our past clients have loved the home and our hospitality! It was recently refurbished and we keep it super clean. The home is located in the quaint downtown of Eustis, Florida in our beloved Lake County with over 1400 lakes. The house is a 2 bedroom with spacious 1200 square feet and has a great fenced in backyard with multiple seating areas in garden and porch off the den. The property has plenty of parking for cars, rv, trucks, trailers, and/or boats. The house is fully yours and home and kitchen are fully equipped with TV in living room and one TV in each bedroom. It is close to everything downtown including walking distance to restaurants and shopping. House is 1 block from Lake Eustis, Boat Ramp, and Awesome Waterfront Area with Park which is on the Florida Chain of Lakes for great boating, fishing, and sunsets. It is a safe area to walk, run, or just sit on a bench by the water chilling while taking in the views. There are festivals, events, and car shows year around on loads of weekends in Eustis and the surrounding community. Mount Dora is a 10 minute drive and is a must see for eating, drinking, and boutique shopping. The house is also roughly an hour from Disney, Universal, Seaworld, Busch Gardens and 3 international airports, and around an hour from the beaches on the Atlantic and a little further to the Gulf. Roughly 30 minutes to any of the 33 Central Florida Springs that offer swimming, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, boat tours, manatee watching, snorkeling and scuba diving. You will love the area and we would love to have you stay with us. We know you will be pleased and enjoy your time making new memories here in Central Florida!

Clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor patio and plenty of parking. We were here for the 420 Regatta. SAYC took the podium and won the event. My daughter got second. We will be back next year.

Convenient location

My adult children were visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday and for comfort we decided to have them stay at a vacation rental near our house. Besides being convenient, easy to schedule, and the perfect size, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. We will certainly plan to do this again next year!

Great proximity to Lake Eustis Sailing Center

I was in town for a sailing regatta hosted by Lake Eustis Sailing. This property is very close to the sailing center and was a great choice for our stay. The property was clean and the host was very responsive and proactive on making sure we had no issues during our stay. Property is adjacent to a busy road but we had no issues with regards to noise.

Mount Dora Retreat

This place was just right for our stay. It was close to the sights we wanted to see, it was well provisioned and clean. The host was super nice and responsive.

Bass tournament

Everything was great. Plenty of room to park with a boat. Oceanna and Dale were super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Our place was super close to the launch. Great restaurants within walking distance. And it was next door to the best bait shop in town. **Also, they left several days worth of snacks for these two old fat guys! We will definitely be back!!

Superb location!

Just a quick walk to Lake Eustis Sailing Club for daytime activities, Aloy Dee for the best homemade Thai, and all of the shops and restaurants of downtown. If you’re looking for convenience and great parking in Eustis, this is the place! Lots of room for a family to spread out or be together in this cute renovated space.

Hostess with the Mostest

Due to A/C issues, the owner offered our group to stay in another location. Even though there would have been window units, how could we turn down an opportunity for a larger place? The property was excellent, the host family left us snacks (including ice cream). They were very communicative and happy to help with anything we requested. I will be happy to rent from them again.

Comfy and close to everything

Smelled wonderul when we first walked in. AC was freezing set at 60. Cute beach theme through out house. Nice pastel colors through out. The snacks were specially tasty thank you for that. I liked that both beds were different, one soft and one slightly hard. The back patio was very cute. Kitchen well stocked with baking, cooking essentials. Nice roomy frig. We had a great time, much needed adult escpe weekend. Thank you

Relaxing

A good place for fishermen!

Overall a good place, it’s close too several great bass fishing lakes. Would highly recommend for my buddies. The house had a very good assortment of owner supplied items that will help with your stay.

Fishing the Chain

Great, convenient place for any angler wanting to fish the Chain or surrounding lakes. Nice bait shop within walking distance.

Very nice and clean.

Enjoyed the time spent there was very nice. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Plenty of hot water and comfy bed. Host really adds nice little details to make the stay more personal. Leaving sweet notes and treats. Would stay again

Excellent Experience

The home is clean, cozy and well taken care of. The owner is very pleasant, friendly and helpful and their communication is nothing short of top notch. There is plenty of parking, and we loved the landscaping and sitting areas in the back yard. It was exactly what we needed, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this rental, and we intend to stay again the next time we travel to this area.

Owner thought of everything

We were there for a funeral, so we only slept and bathed in the house, but the owners thought of almost everything. There was one little problem but the owner promised to fix it ASAP. The kitchen was well stocked and they had a variety of treats ready for us when we checked in. We stay in a lot of rental houses. This one is not luxury, but nice enough. There are two different sitting areas. Boxes of tissues are placed in several places. Most rentals don't provide them. There are shelves stocked with travel brochures of area attractions. There was a medicine cabinet in the bath for placing toiletries. There could be more space in the bath for placing things and more space for hanging wet towels, but overall it's an excellent place and walking distance to Lake Eustis.

Eustis stay

We had a delightful time staying in Eustis- we were here for a sailing regatta and the location was just perfect. The extra touches like basic provisions and snacks were really appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of towels and bedding provided.

The house was spotless when we arrived! Brochures for local attractions conveniently displayed. A nice basket of snacks on the table. The host was very responsive and friendly. Eclectic home, wonderful gracious host

This home was a delight, it has so much character. It is centrally located. We walked to dinner one night. The hosts left us a personalized card, snacks and water. We felt very welcome. We fished the whole weekend at a local lake and had a wonderful time.

Love this place!

You will not be disappointed staying at this little gem in Eustis! The pictures are a good representation of the overall feel once you enter the property. The location was great and within walking distance to Lake Eustis. The property owner was super kind and very responsive! Book your stay today!
