This is our primary residence and is a monthly rental. We will be out of the area but our property manager lives next door to great you, answer questions, and handle any issues that may occur. The monthly rent of $4000 includes utilities, garbage, TV, WiFi, and monthly cleaning. Four people maximum. A fully refundable deposit of $2000 will also be collected.
