Welcome to Ponce de Leon Towers 401! This 2- bedroom/2- bathroom condo breath will be taken away the minute you step into this oceanfront vacation home in New Smyrna Beach. From the balcony, you can enter the primary bedroom through its private entryway. The bedroom includes a king bed and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen and a twin daybed. This is the perfect room for teenagers or large families. At the end of a fun-filled day with the family gather on the beach and watch spectacular sunsets. About Ponce de Leon Towers Complex:

Ponce de Leon Towers is an oceanfront complex on New Smyrna's driving shore. Guests have access to a seasonally heated pool, direct beach access, shuffleboard courts, a community room with a pool table, and plenty of on-site parking. The complex is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and less than 2 miles from the popular Flagler Avenue and the area's main grocery store.

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida-- try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon. Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

Amazing view! Place was clean and easy access when we arrived.We didn’t find the beds to be the most comfortable and one of the TVs was glitchy but otherwise great place to stay!

GREAT LOCATION! GORGEOUS VIEW from the balcony and windows throughout the condo. Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We loved the balcony and view, however, the table/chairs and crowded balcony have room for improvement, as do the bed pillows. Communication from property manager was on point, thank you! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The area is great, the condo was beautiful and came with everything we needed. The pool area was a little disappointing due to the location, size and cleanliness. We did enjoy the beach and ocean and all of the chairs and items available for the beach. The beach umbrella broke first attempt of putting it into the sand. the bottom was rusted and broke off when trying to set it up into the sand.

Our stay was incredible! We would highly recommend this unit! It was recently renovated and very nice inside. Direct ocean front balcony. All the ammonites we could have ever needed. They were happy to accommodate us with early check in as our flights didn't line up. Everything about our stay was incredible. We will be making this a recurring trip!

Great Spot!

Full equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 full bathrooms, beach chairs, perfect for a sister/cousin get together at a beach we frequented as kids visiting our grandparents. Lovely little village with ample dining options. Hope to visit again!

Nice spot

We love NSB and this place was another good rental with Great Ocean. Nice kitchen, pool and layout of the apartment. Very low key relaxed condo atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice spot with a beautiful ocean view

Nice property located in a convenient area. Walking distance to a few restaurants, and the Ocean View was fantastic. Inside the living room you could look out the glass doors and it looked like you were right on the ocean.

New Smyrna sisters trip!

Had a family reunion and stayed in this beautiful condo. The views of the Atlantic were spectacular! Condo has been nicely renovated; the photos of the condo accurately reflected its appearance. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials so we enjoyed eating at the condo a few times! We appreciate that there was coffee and filters so we enjoyed coffee on the balcony. I will be back!!
