Neighborhood was slightly questionable and the people across the street partied all night a few times. I had a couple questions about things in the house but no one returned my phone call.

House is as Advertised

Needed to stay in the Henderson area for a nearby memorial service. The house is accurately depicted in the photos. Clean thruout. We were traveling with our dog, so the big backyard was nice. Plenty of nearby restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. The neighborhood is on the humble side, but was very quiet. Only negative was the back door would not stay locked. It was a sliding door, and the flip lock would fall down on its own randomly or anytime the door handle was touched. We were a little nervous about that and let the property manager know. Otherwise, the house met our needs for a quick visit.

Cute house in a great location

I was in Henderson visiting family and house was only a short drive from my mom. My dog really enjoyed playing in the yard and we both enjoyed sitting on the patio! Close to Water St District and Lake Mead

Cozy Remodeled Home Overshadowed by Problems

Home is comfortable and has a spacious backyard. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is rundown; There was a lot of cussing and swearing heard from the neighbors, there was a dog constantly barking next door, and an unsafe feeling for ourselves and our belongings. We did not even want to take a walk around the block. In addition, the initial property managerā€™s rigid and unfriendly business practices for payment of the pet fee, and the exhausting and nitpicking rental rules and penalty fees for violation of those rules created a sense of rental unease to not touch anything and to get out quickly and quietly.

Nice place close to Lake Mead

We really like our stay at this place in Henderson. We really appreciated the amenities in the kitchen (cooking tools, Tupperware, plates, etc), and the back yard was awesome! We only had two issues while there which was of no fault to the owners- the next door neighbor dogs were grumpy and neighbors to the back could look right into the backyard, and we had some neighbors bang on the door three times during our stay. But when it comes to the actual house, it was very cute, clean, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Hidden gem

We came for a softball tournament and LOVED this house. The hosts had excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighborhood was a little out of the way for our stay and some heavy construction made travel to the fields a little delayed, but the house made up for all of that. It was comfortable and charming. Very neatly decorated and well set up, this space was a hidden gem for us. We will absolutely be staying again.

Just right!

The property was very close to our daughters home and that made our stay really easy and convenient. The house was very comfortable and clean with all the the comforts listed. Was also close enough for some very enjoyable activities on the strip and around Henderson!

Nice, quiet place

The communication was great. Check in was easy. The house was neat and clean. Great if traveling with pets. Great backyard for them to stretch their legs. Quiet neighborhood. Grocery, gas and food near by. Overall, great stay!!

Bad Henderson rental

We never checked in or stayed at the property. We arrived in LV and then drove over to the property. The neighborhood that the property is in is run down with abandoned houses, properties in complete disarray and was not a place that I would normally even go into. Safety is a big issue and this place was not a place I felt safe in especially with my wife and sister staying there. I contacted the owner and told them we would not be checking in. Their response was less than helpful. I have used VRBO in the past and was quite happy but this reservation makes me wonder if these properties are validated for safety.I have pictures of the neighborhood if needed.

Dog show trip

This house was so wonderful to travel with pets! Very well appointed- nice linens and a well furnished kitchen! Needed help finding the email with the door code and the management and owner were very responsive at 9:30 pm at night! The email came from the owners name and not VRBO. Overall great!!!
