Newly Remodeled Beautiful Suite on the Water

Welcome to our one of a kind luxury rental suite! We want you to know how thrilled we are to be having you stay in a very private rental overlooking our urban lake.

Our beautiful neighborhood is ideally situated just off the 1-60 freeway and Greenfield Rd in Mesa (adjacent to Gilbert) so you can get to any airport and near-by city in 10 to 25 min. including: downtown Mesa, Phoenix, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Tempe (Home of AZ. Sate University).

Glendale and Peoria are about 45 min.

Tucson is approx. a 1.5 hrs drive.

Our private rental is situated on a beautiful urban lake in Mesa. Sit by the lake with the fire pit ablaze or just enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the lake (or do both!). Our suite sleeps two and is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. You have a separate entrance and free parking.

Fantastic

This was my first time visit to Gilbert, AZ.A friend had invited me to out for some golf and take in a Spring training game. Bill and Marissa were fantastic, couldn't ask for more. The hospitality was amazing. As first impressions go, if I ever get out to Gilbert again, I will be looking to see if I could stay there again.

A wonderful place to stay!

Bill and Marissa were excellent host! We felt safe staying at the wonderful suite by the water. A very quiet place to relax in the evenings and mornings after a day of sightseeing. This was one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at. Supper clean and comfortable. Located right next to one of the Val Vista lakes. Bill and Marissa made sure we had everything we needed, for a perfect 12-day vacation. All those little extras were included in the unit. They even took the time to give us a boat ride on the lake. . The location was great. Walmart, many restaurants, Dunkin Donuts and I-60 freeway all within a couple of miles. Mesa Gateway Airport is about 6-miles away if your flying with Allegiant Air. This rental is located in a gated community,(very safe) with walking trails and parks. We would highly recommend this property to any of our friends or relatives. Jim and Sharon Lynden, Washington

Cozy, comfortable, convenient location with friendly, helpful hosts

Marissa and Bill offer just the right amount of helpfulness and kindness. We liked having a private entrance to our room, being right next to the water and watching the ducks and geese float by, and the convenient location with plenty of walking and exploring options. The town of Gilbert and surrounding area is loaded with restaurant and shopping choices. Outdoor adventures and beautiful scenery are close by. A comfortable place to call home base for our six day visit to the area.

My 8 year old son and I stayed for a few nights on our visit to MLB spring training. This nice, tranquil setting with a lake and a little rope swing was perfect for us to spend a few hours at. We also enjoyed using the clubhouse racquetball courts that we were allowed to use. Thank you.

A great place to stay.

We loved the room and the setting by the lake. The neighbor hood was quiet, had plenty of parking and was great place for long walks. Bill and Marissa seemed to have thought of all our possible needs with room amenities such as coffee, wine and cheese as well as bathroom supplies. The private guest room was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, quiet and very relaxing!

We can't wait to come back! Bill and Marissa are fabulous to work with. They were very helpful, couldn't have made our stay any more comfortable and overall, they are just really great people. And, we had an ideal location!! Not only was it easy to find and 5 steps away from the lake, but it was safe and close to everything! Coffee, restaurants, gas stations, movie theaters, clothing stores, arcades, and the like. Downtown Gilbert is a must see when you stay here! I would definitely stay here again!
