The apartment was excellent and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately there was very little snow at steam boat but we made good use of the clubhouse.

Great condo

The views from this condo are beautiful. It was a perfect stay for our family visiting for a wedding. The unit is clean and very comfortable and the pool is nice.

Very nice condo overlooking the base area and the slopes. Had to do a bit of poling to ski in but not too bad. Would stay there again for sure.

Great condo! Discovered on this visit that if you take the trail outside the condo that it will take you right to the base of the mountain. So convenient!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Mountain views from every room and a balcony too. This is a very comfortable vacation rental. Perfect location right on the mountain. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great few days skiing

We came out for a few days of skiing and had a wonderful time. The condo is just as it is presented - a very nice unit with beautiful views. The ski-in / ski-out access was straightforward. Thanks for a letting us stay!

Great view, easy access to skiing, well stocked kitchen and pantry... although, definitely recommend renting a vehicle unless you enjoy waiting on busses.

4th of July Weekend

This was a great stay in Steamboat. The property was exactly as shown with a great view of the base of the mountain. We watched hot air balloons come up every morning from the balcony. This condo was very comfortable and just a short drive to everything Steamboat has to offer.

Very Nice Condo

Great location for a ski trip. Ski in/out was pretty easy. Great views of the mountain from this location. Decent kitchen and bedding. We would come back. I would say that a family of five is all this place will sleep though.

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was conveniently located and was fairly clean however we found a few spiders throughout the course of our stay. The condo was also very dimly lit and could use some additional lighting in the living area especially. The kids bunk room was great for 2-3 kids. Overall enjoyable stay.

Lovely condo

Lovely condo. Ski in ski out. Good communication. Only negative is that shuttle service has now changed. We have been coming here for 10 years and always have been able to use storm meadows shuttle for free in evening to go into town. Now have to use a different shuttle for a few or Uber. This will definitely be a deterrent to staying at storm meadows.

Mold on towels /filthy

Nomadness is a person less “management” group - The unit had a gorgeous view. Several towels had mold on them. Kitchen utensils filthy. The Nomadness bot was no help in resolving any issues. Shuttle service stops at 4:30 and is only to gondola area so no shuttle to downtown. Definitely would not recommend this unit.

Place was nice management company sucks!

So all together the place was nice. Location was fine. Not “right” on the slopes but with some work you can get there. So my review is not based on the condo but the management company. The night before we were supposed to check out my wife had a kidney stone that required surgery. I understand them not being able to cancel someone else’s booking for another night but the heartless jerks wouldn’t even give us a late checkout. So my kids and I had to wait in the car in the parking lot while my wife had surgery. All we needed was 2 hours and they couldn’t do it. Never ever doing business with them again. The owner should immediately fire them.

The sprawling views from every room in this condo were stunning. The decor was modern and updated and the condo was overall very comfortable. Great ski in ski out location. The laundry room was easily accessible and convenient to use. The locker room was a bit shabby, but functional. We have used HomeAway several times before, always working through the owner, and have always been extremely satisfied. This unit was managed by Nomadness Rentals and communicating with them was not nearly as satisfactory. Obtaining the key for this condo meant stopping in town at a Remax office on the way to the resort. This made coordinating the airport shuttle very difficult. We had difficulty obtaining a second key which wasn't in the lock box where it should've been. We ended up having to rent a car just to coordinate obtaining the key. A major hassle. The condo, however, was awesome and exceeded our expectations.

Wonderful first visit to Steamboat - Condo was Awesome.

I was extremely pleased with our first trip to Steamboat. This condo was perfect for my family. The location was excellent for ski in and ski out. Skiers could start and finish from the side of the building and snowboarders had to walk a 100 hundred yards or so. It was no big deal and provided us the opportunity to easily go in for lunch and get some rest. The building is located on the side of the mountain overlooking the ski resort with great mountain views. The balcony on sunny days was a great place to sit and enjoy the views, plenty warm. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities that you would expect. The hot tub and pool area was great as well. It has a locker room, an attendant, and towels. It's just a short walk from the building. We rented a car in Hayden, but there is shuttle service from building to ski area every 30 minutes. We didn't use but I saw others taking advantage. The Ski locker room was well located and very convenient to hit the slopes. All in all I would highly recommend this unit as well Steamboat for a ski vacation. The mountain had a good mix of terrain, good access with lifts and gondolas, very pretty, and helpful and nice staff. The town which 2.5 miles away is charming and has lots of great restaurants and shops. I was impressed and plan on coming back.

Lovely condo, some maintenance issues

The condo is wonderful, fresh and modern but still has a western feel. We were 5 people staying and it was well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, table was nice size. Showers were lovely, great hot water pressure and temp. We used the pool and it was great. Conveniently located to town, short drives to Yampa St, Fish Creek Falls and Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Our biggest issue was there was a major water leak coming in the window of the second bedroom and a minor leak in the window of the master. Clearly a seal issue and had been happening a while, but we had a big storm come through and it was like waterfall coming down the inside of the window. Bed was wet, our suitcase got wet, had to use kitchen pots to collect water and towels to mop up. We called right away and Hanna could not have been nicer but nothing was done about this for our entire stay. We ended up moving the bed and using the couch. We were told Maint would come, they didn't and the room was really not habitable when raining which it did on and off through the stay. We sent pics and video, no offer to move to another property or any money refunded. Ideal property but couldn't recommend due to unattended maint issues.

Steamboat Fun with Friends

The Condo’s kitchen was well stocked and the unit was very clean. We were missing sheets on two beds and had to call to request more. Wonderful comfortable decor! This unit was a little small for 7 adults but you can not beat the views. Highly recommended.
