This stylish coastal getaway at Sandy Pointe is a spacious 2-bedroom condo, centrally located on Anna Maria close to shops and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The condo is decorated to a high standard with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, flat-panel TVs, and unlimited hi-speed WiFi. The screened-in balcony affords comprehensive views over the natural mangrove preserve which ensures tranquility and relaxation.

Sandy Pointe has a large swimming pool and a community launch for kayaking in the secluded bays around Palma Sola.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was clean and accommodating for out family of four. The pool was great and the community was quiet and friendly. Would LOVE to come back!

Condo was just perfect for our stay. Everything we needed was in walking distance (beach,grocery,restaurants etc)Appreciated the beach wagon for the chairs & umbrella. Totally enjoyed the screened in balcony and pool.

Wonderful place to stay

Robert’s place is in a great location. It is 4 blocks from the beach. You can easily walk to some shopping place, a few restaurants and a Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

Holmes beach condo

The condo was very comfortable and welcoming. We loved the location, close to beach and shopping.Communication with the host was excellent.He was very accommodating.We would love to stay there again.

Great trip

We had a great trip. Convenient location, well equipped and comfortable property. Very minor point but in similar properties we have stayed in there was a small welcome pack to include washing up liquid/kitchen and toilet rolls. That weekend have been helpful when arriving very late in the evening.

Thank you for the feedback and the 5 star rating Ann. I'm sorry that there was no welcome pack available when you arrived. I will speak with my cleaning team. Sometimes they put it in a closet and there should always be kitchen rolls/toilet paper in the condo. Again i apologise if these were not immediately available. I'll make sure we do better next time. Holmes Beach Vacation

Nice clean condo with good beds and facilities. Pool was nice and clean as was the whole complex. Convenient to Publix and public beach. Kayak/canoe launch close by along with several restaurants and shops. Easy access to the mainland. Enjoyed visit with Roser Memorial congregation on Sunday.

Holmes beach gem

The condo had an appeal to it and was tastefully decorated. Bed is very comfortable. The pool was great but even better the beach close by and an easy walk. Proximity to the beach and grocery store made it easy not to have a car. Already booked another stay! 🙂

Great for families

This is a well kept property with plenty of space for our family of five. I loved the access to the washer and dryer and having the trolly stop just outside was really convenient. Having the Publix nearby was great as well. Robert was really helpful and accommodating and his attention to detail was awesome. We would book again in the future.

Nice cozy condo with good amenities nearby

Nice cozy condo. Clean and simply but nicely decorated. Comfortable for 4. Nearby community pool. Quiet marsh view from screened in balcony. Pretty easy walk to beach. Great nearby stores. Beach / toy shed had nice amount of necessities.

Nice Get Away

This is a very nice condo. We really enjoyed staying at Sandy Pointe. Off the beaten path of hustle and bustel of the Island. Nice and quiet. The condo is well maintained and clean! The beach was very close and Publix Grosery Store, CVS, Walgreens and severel shops and resaurants. Robert was great person to work with. If we had questions he aswered us right away.

Perfect location and great for small kids

We have been going to Anna Maria for years and this is one of the best locations for the price we have been to—all the necessary amenities are right across the road including our favorite beach Manatee. I would recommend taking a bike or car to the beach but it is walkable. We loved the thick carpet for our small children. The condo is very child friendly. The host was easy to get in touch with during our stay. We would like to stay here again one day!

We are originally from Ireland but our kids have grown up here and we are now active members of the island community. We have shared our vacation homes on the Island with hundreds of visitors and enjoy offering our extensive local knowledge to our guests so that their stay here is truly memorable.

In our experience vacationers like you want a location which is close to all that Anna Maria Island has to offer - the pristine beaches, fabulous restaurants and our quaint stores. And of course it must also provide the opportunity for all the family to relax after a fun-filled day.

Our recently modernized condo, located right in the center of the island, has it all. You will absolutely love the variety of activities for everyone to enjoy. No need to have a car when you stay here- you can walk, bike or take the free Island trolley (there is a stop right outside your island home) to all the major attractions.

Our condo is situated in one of the island's most popular and sought after sub-divisions. It is on a large private site surrounded by a pristine mangrove plantation. Although it is in a very private location it is only a minute walk to the main grocery store and other major outlets on the island. The beaches are close by too.
